how do i make it so the phone shortcut actually accesses the BlurDialer.apk or BlurPhone.apk so its not a completely useless shortcut?

under normal usage, some of my icons were lost.
these are the File Explorer and Running Programs icons. i just created a shortcut on the start menu for some applications that were lost too. (only shortcut icons were lost, not the program itself).
just wanna know where the file explorer and running programs reside.. \Windows\FileExplorer. so i can create a shortcut myself.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change folder name or icon for folder shortcut in Samsung's TW launcher home screen?
I was removing some things from my rooted phone (primary the ATT bloatware, but also some other apps that I never use such as memo, diary, etc). At first, I removed the Clock application, thinking that I use Beautiful Widgets for a clock anyway. Then I realized that you must have that app in order to set the alarm clock. I put the apk back in /system/app BUT, I need to recreate the icon in my app drawer. (launcher is TouchWiz) Can anyone please tell me how to create an icon shortcut back to the program? Let me know please, where I find folder in the root with shortcuts of icons in TouchWiz (also home screens).
I wont organize all shortcuts quickly and comfortably in PC. I use Total Commander wiht ADB plugin, rooted SGSII, I see all folder but I cant find these folders - where are home screen icons shortcuts, applications shortcuts, settings etc.
Can me help?
how to edit these icons without launcher no applications, I do not want to modify the system to use any application I want to know where is located these icons anyone know???
I changed the phone.apk able to change the icon on the home screen but it does not appear still the old green icon
