Is there a video app for Android that let's you customize and edit video? - Atrix 4G Themes and Apps

Is there an app for Android that let's you customize and/or edit video like with effects and what not?

No, but there is Video Editor Light. With it you can add tittles, trim the video, and remove the sound track. To get to it go to gallery>the video you want to edit (dont play it just select it)>edit>video and it will then bring you to the video editor. So yea, it's nothing special but it's ok for making a simple video.

Best and complete video editor for Android

Dear friends,
I'm looking for a video editor that does the following:
1. Allows me to add background music to videos.
2. Allows me to add captions to frames in my video. For example, I take a video of my friends and add a caption like - Nadia bullying Zainab again - to a certain frame in the video.
3. Allows me to cut/ trim/ join videos.
Which would be the video editor/ editors for Android that can do all of the above? Thanks in advance for your intelligent inputs.
☞ Ice Cream Swyped from my G S³
I don't think there's any application that can do it all.
There are several good ones but I think this one, currently, is the closest you can get.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.forscene.KestrelTest
Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion, Daelyn, but that app has horrible reviews.
Looking forward to get more suggestions for a video editor app that at least allows me to add background music to my videos. Thanks in advance!

I ain't sure if adding background music is possible or not. However, there are plenty of good options available which can perform rest of the functions
Chec out AndroMedia video editor on google play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.techcatmobile.andromedia
There are few more video editing apps listed over here. Give them a go: http://geniusgeeks.com/must-have-android-video-editing-apps/

RAZR VIDEO VS camera

I was playing around with the video and realized that you can take pics while videoing. The pics come out great and you can use the moto video software to take stills of pre-made movies.
Video editing software is contained in the gallery. Select the movie you want to edit then press on the black space below the movie, not on the menu key.
Has anyone noticed that the resize tool is gone from the gallery? !
Come on Moto, give us back that resize tool.

Edit/Undo Edits on Video Editor

Is there a simple way to undo an edit in the native video editor app?
I accidentally split a slow motion section of my video into 2, then I accidentally dragged that new second bit of slow motion to near the end of the video. I haven't saved the edited video, but whenever I go back into the gallery app it is still edited, almost like a clipboard version waiting to be properly saved. There must be a way to either undo the last edit or undo them all.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Animated Wallpaper for MIUI 11

First of all this guide:
U can use any video as video wallpaper.
Create .videowallpaper folder inside MIUI folder (need to make sure you have this dot in front)
Copy any video of your choice inside this folder (format needs to be .mp4)
Tap and Hold on any space on your desktop to show the icon rearrange menu
Tap on wallpaper on bottom left
Tap on the little round "smiley face" button on the bottom right
Now that "Wallpapers" option shows up. Tap on it.
Choose "My wallpaper movies"
The mp4 file(s) you have downloaded will show up here. Pick one and enjoy !
What is this guide good for without some actual video wallpapers, right? I am a stickler for seamless looping wallpapers. Here are 2 that I have found so far that I like:
Lightning space
Waterfall
Please share your favorite video wallpapers here !!

Yep, this is nice.
Video files resolution for best visual effect should be phone display native 1080 x 2340 pixels.

How can you convert to a personalozed resolution with VLC? I cant't see the option.
EDIT: Ok, I think I got it.
EDIT2: The problem is that the video doesn't loop...

Then You didn't make something as it should during converting.
Did you choose right video-audio codec?
Media > Convert\Save > +Add > Convert (Alt+O)
In Settings check Convert > Display output
In Profile choose Video - H.264 + MP3 (MP4)
Click on fork wrench icon and select in:
Encaplulation: MP4/MOV
Video codec > Encoding parameters > Codec: H-264, Bitrate: Not Used, Quality: Not Used, Frame rate: Same as source
Resolution: Scale: Auto, Width: 1080px, Height: 2340px
Audio codec: Audio > Keep original audio track
Save!
After that in Destination file option choose where You would like to save this new created MP4 file!
And that's it!
Video loops automatically and there is no need to create any kind of special "loop video", this automatically makes player which plays this video on phone home and lock screen backgrounds.
