[BOOTANIMATION RESIZED] Android VS Apple, Android eats Apple [NEW] - Wildfire Themes and Apps

Hi guys, this is the bootanimation that I resized for Wildfire.
[VERSION 1]
Original created & Designed and Packed by and credit goes thermanlee and jlbmgrnr for Vibrant.
"Hilarious & Cool Bootscreen: Android Vs Apple Lol" By and credit goes to charlieb620 [Resized for nexus s] >> I use this and resized for wildfire.
This (attatchment) will fit your Wildfire screen resolution perfectly which is 240X320.
Want to make yourself an awesome custom animation, check it out here.
(NOTE: For some reasons, I made a flashable zip via recovery. You can flash that one in recovery it will playing at original speed which is 24fps. The location I put it in is system/media. It will work for CM7)
PLEASE FLASH RECOVERY_BOOTANIMATION.ZIP BY USING RECOVERY
(NOTE1: For another reason, I made a bootanimation zip. the playing speed is 15fps. Some ROM's bootanimation not in media. You can paste it in data/local for ROM like wildpuzzle. You will feel the speed is like a bit slower cause it doesnt support 24fps. I dont think you want a animation working that fast for your phone because the animation is quite short.
PLEASE COPY AND PASTE BOOTANIMATION.ZIP VIA ROOT EXPLORER INTO DATA/LOCAL)
Original Created and Designed by thermanlee and jlbmgrnr.

Here is the bootanimation looks like.
(This is 240X320, 15fps. The website didn't support 24fps so i cant make it faster)
The bootanimation will keep repeating the "ANDROID"

If you guys give more specific details as to what error / problem you are facing, it will be better I believe to try and help you sort it.
Just letting you know.

It installed fine for me.
Make sure to delete/rename/move your original boot animation from the directory (mine was data/local/bootanimation.zip) before copying the new one. Also be sure to check that your ROM uses the bootanimation.zip format for the boot animation. I'm not sure if all do.

So I copy the new boot file file in my folder / system / media DA I copy the new zip in, and before deleting the old file bootanimation.zip.
then in recovery mode install, it does not work anyway ...

What are you trying to install in Recovery? It is not a flashable ZIP. Simply place in /system/media for CM and /data/local for other ROM's using a compatible File Manager (like Root Explorer).
And, if that doesnt work (It didnt for me, always got "Out of Memory" Errors), use ADB.
adb push bootanimation.zip /system/media
or
adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local
as per your ROM

I use CM7 rc2 and have them in the media folder but it does not work ...
and what file for ADB: C?

Guys, did you read clearly??
Put it in data/local.. don't delete old one in media... use root explorer to paste it...
Sent from my HTC Wildfire using XDA Premium App

if you guys want i'll make a flashable zip for system/media, system/customize/resource and /data/local.

sorry. I did it... lol.. i didnt saw your post.. i was like wake up, on9 my xda apps... then switch on computer.. and make zip...

[Bootanimation] Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 [update] - Landscape

I got my hands on the Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 game & just went crazy about it.....
So, I spend a couple of hours and made a Boot Animation & just thought to share it with you to get the real Game Feel.....

This boot animation has a comparatively longer period. So if you are in cm7 or miui, you can experience only a portion of it. Best viewed in Sense Roms.
Now added the background music, so it's much better now.......If you are using any Virtuous Roms (including the latest), use the sense 3.0 version.
Download the Version based on your Rom
Sense 3.0 based Rom - Portrait , Landscape
Sense 3.5 based Rom - Portrait , Landscape
CynogenMod based Rom - Portrait , Landscape
The MIUI version is here. Use this link. This is a .mtz file so just run it, it will do the rest.
Make sure you have you have sufficient space in /system folder, before you start with the procedure.
Procedure to install via CWM Recovery
1. Download the Flashable zip file from the above list.
2. Do a Nandroid Backup.
3. Reboot into Recovery & Flash the zip.
4. Now reboot & enjoy........
Nice.. i've got to get that game...

Just a few Queries
Guys, I just want to know a few things from you.....
Is the file too big for you or can you afford it?
Can you complete the animation before your phone booted up?
Do you feel the animation is sluggish at any point?
Are you satisfied with the picture quality?
Your suggestions will definitely help to improve my work........
The flashable versions are ready & will be uploaded once I am satisfied with your responses......
I'm running cm7, so I have enough space in system. With a sense 3.0 rom I had a 70mb bootanimation.
It was sluggish at times, and saw the video for like maybe 8 - 10 seconds. How long is the video?

Thank you all for your continued support & encouragement........Your Suggestions are valuable to me........
Can anyone make a video of this boot animation????......It will help a lot of people to see the real action before flashing the file.
Any chance of a v for vendetta boot ani, sorry getting off topic. Btw the mw3 looks like it's being squeezed to fit the screen. if it was like how the real trailer looks like on our phone, it'll be perfect.
If I helped, give thanks( via the button )
From my fist to your face, enjoy!

You are right, it will look perfect in the landscape mode. I made my first version like that.
But, i then thought most people will not like the idea of viewing the boot animation in landscape. So i Choose the portrait mode.
I extracted it from a 720p video. It may seem to be squeezed, but it was a hectic job to write the conversion script.

Yup.
This is technically an unofficial CM7 build (no official Samsung CM7) so that might mean something.

Just a suggestion, in my opinion, its better to place the bootanimation.zip in /data/local/. That ROM will first attempt to read from there, if it can't find anything, it picks up the zip file from /system/.....You don't need to mount /system and can just delete the animation.zip if you don't like it. Automatically revert back to default. This approach should work great if you are testing to come up with that perfect bootanimation.zip.

lol, my bad.
Im getting a feedback saying it loads portrait on CM9..
can anybody out there running cm9 confirm this please?
I just did my own boot animation (which will be moved here when a Mod reads the report), and I can personally say that CM9 loads my boot animation in LANDSCAPE mode (it should be in portrait). So if it's an animation that should be taller than it is wide, it loads wider than it is tall.

Just wondering if the "fix permission from ROM Manager in case of random reboots" is really needed. I never encountered any issues, I just place the file as is in /data/local. Did anyone run into reboots? If not, we can probably remove it from OP. I just got a PM by a user who wasn't clear about the permissions part in the steps, for now, I told him he can skip it.
Also, maybe it's jut me but I can't do fix permissions from ROM Manager anymore anyways in CM9 or in Classicnerd. If it is indeed an issue, the steps may throw off more people on ICS.

Shouldn't you set the right permissions before you replace the original? As I can remember, it causes it to reboot and bricks the devise before you can change the permission after replacing it.

BootAnimation - WatchDogs (Update - 3/8/2014) - Now with sound

Hey guys, I was really bored with the stock bootanimation and decided to create a new one myself. So here's a WatchDogs bootanimation for you to enjoy
Update- 2nd August, 2014
Thanks to KachowPow, he has a portrait WatchDogs bootanimation and I've ported it our Xperia SP. Enjoy the new awesome Bootanimation.
Update - 3rd August,2014
Finally I've managed to integrate sound. I was trying to do it since the initial release of Landscape version. But it failed. After loads of hardwork, I realised i was just using a bad sound file, now I am using a new one and it works great
Download Link (Landscape) - https://www.mediafire.com/?cmcmd2wrow3g34j
Download Link (Portrait) - https://www.mediafire.com/?x5880v6u11kf7w7
Download Link (Portrait with Sound) - https://www.mediafire.com/?4tocpxujuk9j1km
Note - If your phone is in silent/vibrate mode you won't be able to hear sound. Please make sure that sound is full to hear it while booting.

Note 1 - As of now, this bootanimation is displayed in landscape mode i.e. it is displayed sideways (try it out if you don't understand). I am NO photoshop expert and creating it in portrait mode makes it look really tiny and weird. If anyone of you here is good at photoshop and can help me out, that would be great.
Note 2 - I used a youtube video to create this bootanimation. I did NOT rip it off some other developers work on xda.

Its not flashable file
You have download the file then rename it to bootanimation.zip and copy the files using any root explorer, then go to root folder
Then go to system
Then go to media folder
There paste bootanimation.zip file
Thats it then reboot shown tutorial in video
The Marvel 1 is awesome . Tnx dude
When I paste it in system\media overwriting the original bootanimation.zip and then reboot, it just shows Android logo and then boots.

Have u checked its correctly pasted(to check after pasting bootanimation.zip file go back again go to same folder and check zip file size it should be same as u pasted)
And again check file permission as 644 and tuen reboot
Everything is done ok. I'll check permissions only thing left.

Guys if you want the basic watch dogs animation you can apply it from the app below. Just enter the app and click view all and scroll down to the very bottom for the watch dogs theme. I think you need root.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=website.olivermillers.customboot2
There is another version I think it's called ctos v5 or v3 and it doesn't work on my one plus 6

Not good i think
The watch dogs theme which you posted is called ctOS v5 or looks alot like. I don't wanna be rude but the watch dogs theme you posted looks very stretched and kinda ruins the look. I would be happy if some one could release a higher resolution version.
What permissions should be.? rw r r or drwxr xr x?
I just want to screw up
Thank you
Edit.
Got it
Thx, this is great.
