I recently purchased a genuine Nillkin Jelly case for my San Francisco (Aka ZTE Blade), and I thought I would let any prospective purchaser know that the case is excellent.
It is a very nice fit, with cut outs where appropriate, and a very high quality screen protector, which is again a perfect fit with two slots for the earpiece and the proximity sensor. Also included is a little cleaning pad attached to a lanyard so you will always have it with your phone. At first I thought the cleaning pad was gimmick. But now it is attached to my phone and comes in handy.
All in all this is an excellent product from a UK based eBay seller. £5.99 + £1.50 P&P

One of the best features of the blade is it's sleekness. Imo the case ruins it

I picked up a clear/purple Jelly case for my partners Blade, fits tight, really protects the Blade niecely. Its survived quite a few drops with no marks at all (other than smashed digitizer but then it landed face first on a metal stylus from about 3ft, I can hardly blame the case).

Just got a new DNA, i need 2-3 matte, anti glare screen guards and a good case, which doesn't damage the rubbery back... Open to bumpers too... I'm from india, so looking to buy from the US, the sellers here in india gave me butterfly screen guard which is too big for my dna.. Don't wanna spend too much on the screen guards.
Please suggest some to me...

Can't help you with the screen guards becuase I never get the anti-glare. A lot of us have been purchasing from xtremeguards because they are really cheap because they have huge sales. As for the case itself check out the Incipio Dual Pro or the Seidio Active. I have both and love both of them. :good: They can also be had for relatively cheap.

i need good safe case which supports notification at back as well as wireless charging support with case on. Also must not affect the sleekness of the phone

thats the one I have. You just have to look for the best prices online. I think I paid 28$ for the holster + case combo. People have said it allows for wireless charging and it also has the cut out for the back led.

Hi guys , I recently got an E970 , At&t variant of the LGOG. As I have heard that it's rear glass casing is prone to cracks and whatnot , so I was willing to use it with a case.
However , it's kind of difficult to find a case for LGOG E970 in India , unless I import it , which is not my cup of tea.
I was wondering whether , the case for E975 will fit in with the E970 , since there are literally loads of them available around here(on local e-commerce websites).
I know the E975 is a bit smaller , but it's only marginally small , so a case should fit in if loose, maybe a soft silicon jelly one ??
Let me know if anyone tried anything like this ?

The device feels very delicate , and as if the rear glass will break any moment when hit.

Even the LS970 case won't fit. I ordered one case from Amazon (I'm in US, not India) that was advertised as working on AT&T Optimus G. The package that came clearly said LS970 on the label. I tried it and it wasn't worthwhile; it felt like my phone was going to fall out at any time. I contacted them and they sent another to me; again, it was for LS970 not E970. They gave me a refund after that.
The case that I use is the BodyGlove for E970. It's ugly, but it protects the phone very well without disrupting access to any of the features.
In short, I think an LS970 case is worse than no case...

Oh..boy.. I should have read some opinions before making an order.! .
I will order , official cases now. Even I am also using a black artificial leather-cum-cloth pouch , that protects it from scratches and bumps , but not when it's in use.
I am pretty sure , this is one of the devices which shouldn't be used without a case. Notorious for developing cracks in front and rear glass.

Why not go to eBay and order one ?? I have ordered one from eBay.in, you can search for eBay global. A good case will cost around 1.2-1.5k INR , / 20$. Approximately.

I had seen the slim crystal but thats not good looking though the second one is good but i presume it to be too big in'it? look how deep is to use the screen.... i am browsing through ebay.com which has worldwide shipping

Yeah the second one is kinda big , but it'll keep it safe for sure. It's good for heavy duty usage. For normal usage , an average TPU case should be fine. I think , there is a Digitronics TPU case available in Junglee.com/Ebay.in for around 2K INR/30$.

I bought the case just to see how crappy it is, got it from aliexpress for 5 bucks.
I can't compare this with the real case cause I haven't bought it yet, not unless the price comes down. Anyways, for the case.
There are various stains and marks on the case, some I can rub off, some I can't. the flip cover feels very flimsy. The whole case has a matted cheap plastic feel. But the phone does fit inside and the cover closes and stays closed! the problem is that the window isn't flat up against the phone touch screen so you have to push down to flex the cover to use it. Even then it's pretty hard to use. The window itself is also slightly too long on the bottom.
It comes with this little circuit board where you stick it to the back of the pins. There is instructions that says how to orient that circuit board, and it DOES work! But the thing is that the board has a layer of foam tape on it so when you put it in the back, you HAVE to put the backplate back on, otherwise it doesn't provide enough pressure to push the pins into the contacts. This mean if you leave it on long enough, the cheap foam tape will scar the back and you will warp your backplate.
I'll probably give this case to my dad since he's gonna get a note 3 and needs a case right when he gets it, but i imagine he'll break the cover in 2 days. The cover does come off, and it's only held in place by being sandwiched between the black plastic case and the white plastic outer case.
This case comes with some other papers that even says to "authinticate the pro-ouct" lol
Yeah I got one too. Thought it was pretty nice for the prize. But the buldge in the back of the case worried me so i ended up selling for $20 on Craigslist.

Original Spigen stuffs sold directly by Spigen or by its authorized resellers, check Spigen web site for confirmation. Original SPigen stuffs equipped with unique serial number which u can use to authenticate your purchase on SPigen website.

Quality speaks. Spigen material quality far superior and outperform fake one. How to know ? You will know when you touch it.
Bought a fake from aliexpress and it sucks. The Window is too big leaving that gap at the bottom. Mine could fit with the back cover on or off and I had to remove the excess double sided foam tape on the chip provided.
I gave the seller a pretty bad review for the case considering I paid 15 bucks for it. They gave me a total refund and even offered to give me a new one but the screen is not correct according to the seller. Not worth it guys.

Hello!
How come it has got the "authenticate product" tag?! Is it just for show? Have you tried to authenticate the case? I'm thinking of buying such a case from a shop which is not an authorised seller of spigen products (but it boasts of selling authentic ones) and I'm just curious because it looks like the tag does not give you the 100% guarantee that it's original.

Sometimes these case are a good way for people who don't want to pay 50$ a case .. I can totally understand , and the case seems clean finally so maybe a good choice .. I prefer originals products for life keeping
Since I'm in a pretty rural area in Germany and the next customs office is pretty far away and it's working hours are far from compatible with mine, I'm searching for good screen protectors available directly in .de or from somewhere where I don't need to worry about customs(UK, FR, etc). Amazon or another well known shop is prefered, if I absolutely must, I'd be willing to create an ebay account.
So, what I want is good front and back protection, for which I don't want to remove Sony's shatter protector. A matte finish is prefered and finger-print resistance should be as good as possible. I've read a little about protectors made of some special class here on the forums, but I've got no experience with it.
Viewing angles shouldn't get to worse with the protector(s) applied and I'd be very happy if the scribbeling on screen with a pen would still work after applying.
Of course, cheap is always better, but quality trumps price for me. So, would you please give me some suggestions, preferably with links since some products seem to be the same but sold under various brands.
I'm using Folix Crystal Clear ordered from amazon Germany.
It's front + back and cost around 8€
Sadly I cannot recommend their Matte covers
Edit: and normally it's not getting send as package! Which means they probably will drop it inside your mailbox!

The problem with Matte protectors in general is, that the picture quality gets compromised and I didn't find any good one (tried many).
And with clear protective covers folix is the cheapest. They last long enough (around 2 years) but I didn't have any problems with them. Also they got nice stuff like cleaning cloth and "bubble remove" cards included.

Any good tip for a case, too? I'm only finding ugly and bulky ones so far and none of them seem to allow charging in the DK30 dock, which is just madness. I'd like to try Sony's CP12, but it's out of stock - or I'm guessing even production - anywhere I looked.

Thanks for that. If you could possibly make a real life shot of the outer texture of the case, that would be helpful. From the pictures on Amazon, I'm not really sure I'd like it.

i bought the tech armor tempered glass, not with this case in particular, but am really happy with their product. i was super wary of it overall, as with all screen protectors, make sure you get rid of all the dust before you stick it on. i've been happy with their oil-resistant surface
this is the best case that has ever come out for my needs. I have always wanted a slim bumper case. i wish all phones came out with this case

Works great with my Verizon variant and Qi charger. Love how sleek it is. Two major issues I have with it. The lip is almost non-existent, practically flush with my tempered glass screen protector. I would have preferred it to be a little higher for better protection. And secondly, it adds absolutely nothing as far as grip-ability goes. Not sure how long I will keep it for those two reasons.

All LG G3 cases work with all variants of the G3. The body type is the same, as well as size and shape. Case are not provider specific.
UPDATE:
DOH! Wish there was a way to delete your posts. I'm going to assume you also want wireless charging to work as well since it appears the slim cases allow that.
I guess in that case, yeah, where do you find one that is VZW compatible?

White one on eBay sold today used. Some fool was trying to sneak away paying only 3 bucks but I made sure he paid at least 20 for a used one by bidding at the last minute. Sneaky guy outsmarted me. I kinda wanted it lol.

I know! I just want a black one... And totally want a aqua mint quick circle case (but not until lollipop and xposed are working on the vs985)
I like the official slim hard cases too... I just can't wrap my mind around spending much for a case on a free phone...

I rather spend now on an OEM superior product then same amount on an inferior, off brand case(s) that does not offer the same functionality or pulchritudinous.
Ordered mine Fri, they didn't have it in stock (even tho it said it did) so going to be a long wait. Will update thread with pics when I receive case.

If I knew the lg g4 was crap or didn't have root or verizon compatibility, I'd buy the slim guard and the zero lemon case. And use the phone another year.
I just ordered 4 spigen cases for the lg g4 for $12 I couldn't resist.

They also offering LG G3 case too, yes $3.6 was too good to pass up even after buying the Slim Guard :laugh:
