I'm on my 3rd Fascinate and I'm getting my 4th tomorrow. I wanted to get a TB, but they didn't let me, saying that it wasn't "equal". Does anyone know a way to get a TB in my situation?

I *****ed about my fourth dx and said I didn't want another one.. asked if I could just return my dx and pay the difference and they agreed. Ended up paying 52.95 including tax. There was a 50$ difference

My advice. Be persistent .. ask to speak to a manager ect...push the issue I did.. tell then u will take ur business elsewhere

dont think it was stolen... when you upgrade with TMO if you only have 1 line you can add a line ( shared minutes ) for 5.00 more and get a phone at the discounted price. I got my Vibrant for 243.00 with a 100 rebate and i got one free. chose to give the free one to my wife rather than sell on craigslist. Its a good deal if you know how to work it. I got a buddy that has 3 lines and when he gets the upgrades for the discounted price he just sells the other 2 for a good profit.

The gameloft games have to be purchased from gamelofts site directly they aren't available on the market for some reason, but yeah they are definitely your best bet for good looking games.

You need to turn wifi off. Surf to gameloft under 3G or EDGE. Not sure why though.

Unless you have insurance and there is a major problem with you phone Tmo isn't going to replace your phone.
Unrooting is easy its basically typing in a few commands to unroot it or you can do it via OCLF
As far as putting the stock rom back in place you can use ODIN
T-Mo is very inconsistent. If you call one time, you can get someone that is Super Rep and will go by the book and make it hard to get a replacement. If you call again, you can end up talking to someone who just sends you a new one no questions asked.
I've had 4 vibrants since july, and have swapped them all at my t-mo store. Theyre not supposed to do that, but they do, sometimes you just gotta ask nicely and look like a victim.

Someone at tmo isnt doing their job. After the 3rd exchange within 3 months they are supposed to force you into a different model phone, and release you from your contract in case you want to leave them.
Because after 3 exchanges, you're costing them more money than you're worth to them.

I gone thru 5 replacements and some people have gone thru 7 replacements.
Came back to vibrant.

I'm thinking I might be forced to sell my HTC Thunderbolt. Right now I am running the latest BAMF 2.1, and my question is, can I sell my phone and be able to meet someone at a Verizon Wireless and have the rooted Gingerbread Tbolt activated to whoever the buyer will be? Or do I need to flash back to bone stock unrooted 2.2? I'm hoping to leave it as is and just do a data wipe so that perhaps mine will have a little bit of an edge over the other phones I'm seeing posted now. I hate to sell it but times are tough. I got the 0x1000 issue and sent my phone in for repair at the motorola repair center and it arrived there on thursday. I tried tracking the repair and it said they hadn't received it yet even though UPS said it arrived...
