So i downloaded many miui rom and i searched an apk called "notify" or "toggles" but i don't found it.
Anyone can help me ?
It's not for create a rom, it's for private use.

dude i think the miui features is portable but it wont go well with the launcher which u currently use ..u need to install the miui launcher which can support the notify and toggles ... else i think it might force close again and again...

I really like it, and i want it ... i could flash ddkq8 but this rom doesn't have romanian in stock keyboard (the tutorials are nule, cannot add my language in it...csc problems i guess).

There might be an app which does that (the caller screen), but I have never heard of it. Try to search for one
Getting an AOSP theme (dont know if they exist, they were popular with HTC Sensation and tbh i have never searched for something like that with sgs3) is an option too
Or you can flash AOSP/AOKP/CM10
I flashed stock rom from theese roms. Coz they have many bugs ..
