[23-4]-[SD]-[JaguaralaniDHD Special-1.83]-[DesireHD-No Sense]-[K:Tyt r7] ★★★V2 ONLINE

This ROM is based on the concept of having a Desire HD ROM without SENSE, which makes it SUPERFAST......
You may use any other launcher (Included within the ROM is a simple one). ADVICE: Look for LP SENSE UI.

What's working
Everything as shown in the screenshots, apart from two things:
1- SENSE ( removed completely, you can use any alternative launcher)
2- Video Recording/Playback in 720, I guess everybody knows this

How to Install:
1-Download the ROM.
2-Unzip using 7Zip
3-Put the folder (JaguarDHD2) on the root of your SD card
4-Download your desired data.img size from the attachments and unzip it into your ROM folder..
5-Run CLRCAD then Haret..
6-AFTER GOING THROUGH THE SETUP OPTIONS, RESTART THE ROM BEFORE USING IT.
7-DO NOT START USING THE ROM UNLESS YOU SEE THE LOCK SCREEN.
8-Install Super User from the attachments, i have inlcuded 2 version: Normal ( I'm using it ) + Patched , You may try the first one, if everything goes fine for you, keep it, otherwise, try the second patched version.
( YOU MAY NEED TO CLEAR SUPERUSER DATA + START SUPERUSER AND PRESS HOME BUTTON TO KEEP IT IN THE BACKGROUND AND START YOUR ROOT REQUIRING APPLICATIONS ONE BY ONE)

For Faster SD READ/WRITE, I recommend downloading SD SPEED BOOST from Market, set the cache to 2048.

If you encounter DIALER HANG UPS / ROBOTIC VOICE, Disable Vibrate + Audible Touch Tones + Vibrate Feedback in SETTING/SOUND.
And activate speaker once then deactivate during your first call.
Restart your device....

- Use SetCPU, change progile to smartass+set on boot.
- Make sure to do a full sync with your Google account.
- Activate GPS and get your location.

i can't use rootexplorer and setcpu
i saw the message "system is not respond" at boot
am i only person that those problem??

I found same problem "system is not respond" at boot after setup and restarted.
If i have no need the rooted ROM, do i need to copy all files in the Update to default folder. Besides, i found the date of files in the Update is 201009.
Anyway, the ROM is good and i will wait the fix.
