is there anyway i can get the Nexus S Live Wallpaper for the mytouch?
correct me if i am wrong but i dont think the nexus rom has been leaked and even it has, the live wallpapers are the standard stock android live wallpapers that come with gingerbread
it has a different "nexus" wall paper... the moving dots are more or less the same but the actual background is more of a flat color scheme than the grid... youll see it floating around soon enough, roms are being developed off the released source not the actual phone so that why noone has the real one as of yet...

Get NexusKang by @kmobs in the Android Market, it allows full customization of the original Nexus Neural Network and you can make it look just like the one on the Nexus S.
OR
In the Livewallpaper.apk you can just replace the Pyramid_backroud.png with another 960X800 png in the drawable folder with a pic of your choice.
Is this the live wallpaper you're referring to? I havent seen any settings in NexusKang to indicate you can customize it to achieve a similar appearance, please correct me if I'm wrong.

On a side note, I just saw the wallpaper you were referring to in one of the million NexusS ads on this site. With 'NexusKang' or 'Nexus Revamped' I'm sure you could make it look close enough.

What makes you think that is a LIVE wallpaper?
I have this wallpaper, but it is not live. I have not seen a live one like this...

that's not the paper he was commenting on the one in the link he posted is NOT a live paper... unless the person using screen capture had perfect timing and was able to moving bits to be in the exact same spot everytime
It just appears to be the regular nexus lwp with a different wallpaper. It can be achieved with one of the many modded lwp on the market. Nexukang, if you'd like to support kmobs and team douche ;-). Or nexus revamped is one I bought a year ago for my g1.

I was wondering if anyone could make me a firefighter theme for my vibrant. I have one on my ipod that I love but cant find a good one for my phone. I cant figure out if there is anyway to get the theme off the ipod to use some of the images. If anyone know how please help. I do not know anything about theming but I will post it up on here so that people could make me a theme. Here are some pics I took. couldn't figure out how to do screenshots on the ipod.

Would love to see one of these too!!! Using Trigger 3.2 Everyone at my station would be jumping to Android if they saw something like this and it had pictures like Fireman1937 posted.

If nobody will make you a theme (and all honestly, I doubt anyone will) you could always use this quick workaround.
1. Connect your iPhone to computer, use iFunBox to extract the PNGs from your theme
2. Transfer said PNGs to your Vibrant
3. Use ADWLauncher to set custom icons for your apps
4. Set fire as wallpaper
4. ???
5. Profit!
Keep in mind, this won't change the icon in the app tray, but they can't all be winners.
Thanks to everyone that has posted on this thread unfortunately I am getting rid of my vibrant and getting a dell streak. Hopefully I will like it and try to theme for it. If not it will be up for sale. Thanks again.

what do you think about an sticky thread to get the best looking themes for the Touchpad? I am looking for a while but I can´t find any burners. An Ipad Theme would also be nice, anyone out here who has found this?
I hope that some links for nice native themes will be posted.

folks, pls back to the roots. I think my suggestion is very helpful because a nice looking theme wants everybody? Or is there any thread with candy themes for tablets (1024x768 resolution)?
I would think that any of the themes for the CM7 theme chooser should work.

Hey mate, I was wondering the same thing a couple of nights ago. I'm using jonathane's excellent Ice-Cream Sandwich Theme. Although it's for the Barnes & Noble tablet; works fine on the Touchpad. Otherwise I had a nosey through the CM7 Official Screen Shot thread which came up with some good suggestions others had used.

there are quite a few themes in preware for those of you interested, modifying them and taking bits out of one another might help
also, look for the MIUI theme port (im pretty sure its an apk), its MIUI which is quite similar to iOS (not as much as touchwiz tho )
the only problem with it is the icon spacing it ridiculously huge, and cant be modified easily. maybe mucking around with the lcd.density could help
1024x1024 is better than 1024x768 otherwise the wallpaper is too short to cover portrait mode.

In fact, 1528 x 1024 (I might be slightly off with a number or two - I'll have to dig up the info) works best of all.
Particularly for high quality / HD Wallpaper.
Let me try to find the reasoning for why and the suggestions from where it came from.
I've tried the method and it's perfect.
I got what I wanted by just googling that exact term: 1528x1024....or whatever it was exactly.

Thats not the official LWP, this one is based in the lockscreen. The sgs3 lwps were one blue with bubbles (same as sgs1) and another weird one. Both were shown in a video at the unpacked.

Hello all! I am currently running CMX with a TouchWiz 5 theme. I installed the TouchWiz Launcher port along with a few different zips I have found across xda. My phone has most TW widgets, sounds and stock apps. I feel a lot of people would love to run this ROM. I have no idea how but is there a way for me to generate a zip of my setup so that others could enjoy it?

You can use this to make an update zip. Just put the apks in their respective places. The theme would probably be in data and the launcher in system.
The only issue I see is if this is the TouchWiz 5 theme you speak of it can't be included because it's a paid app.
Like the setup, i have been looking for something like this a little while.

I wrote a couple of devs seeking help. I am a full time student and I work full time as well. I thought about releasing a HOW to guide. I have not given up.
Pimp my ROM seems to have the full tw launcher and some widgets. Cannot confirm if all are there. You can then get a tw theme from market and you should be set. I am on decks 10-10 build (4.1.2) and the theme is not working but launcher is
