First half of May from Cosmote and Vodafone , the exynos/samoled+ 16gb version.
Cosmote already posted 599euro price.
That's great about the release date but the price is pretty steep!
Im starting to think that ordering online would be cheaper but I'm not sure how the waranty would work out.

Well we can pre-order the phone from germanos.gr for ONLY 599.90 euro Lol!!! It's painful to pay that much, but I hope it's better then the iPhone 5! Cuz im coming from a 3Gs and I've become bored of the UI even after jail-breaking and modding it (cydia).

Yesterday i was lying on the beach and enjoying the sun(Greek sun). I had put my p500 in my towel, so to keep it clean and safe. But someone was calling me(it was private-maybe the devil was) and i got it sharp. It fell into the sand and the screen is full of sand. What can i do? I thought i should go to service, but i realized that they would tell me that the gurantee was lost(lg doesn't give a s**t for us, god bless andy, mik_os, franco and all developers that work hard to make us pleased with a stable phone). Please help me to find the solution, maybe a way to open and clean it. It is f**ig annoying! Thank you in advance!

- dismantle the phone and clean it up
- take it to the LG service center and pay them to fix the result of your clumsy handling of the phone

-1st of all it was YOUR fault to get dust behind the screen transparent panel.
-2nd, LG service is not **** at all, behave yourself and dont act like a kid.
[many ppl bricked their phones, just like me, and got it back, repaired with a BRAND NEW PCB! Which is equal to a new phone practically!]
-3rd, YES the guarantee does not cover you in case of this damage, you should be careful next time, unless you want to destroy any phone you own and replace it... that's not possible unless some of the companies are plainly stupid to give free cellphones of 160euros to everybody again and again.

Yeah sure, that reminds me of a lamer who dropped a NAS unit on the floor while wiping the dust off it and went to the manufacturer support forum to complain about bad design. After being called a moron, he claimed himself to be a leading design inventor.

I don't say that i didint make a mistake. You think of yourself as a judge. I opened the topic to ask if someone can tell me who to dismantle and clean the phone. It's not full but on a white screen it seems like dead pixels.

Even better. In Greece, you can go and burn down the Parliament for taking away your 15th sallary for 10 months worth of work. Also, ECB must be at fault, blame 'em!!!
P.S. If you are so worried about losing your warranty, dismantling the phone in a DIY way is a sure way to lose it once and forever.
Now, go back to LG service center, pay them for being lame and move on.

Hallo,
der einzige Laden bei dem ich vorbestellen würde, ist Amazon. Wenn es um Reklamationen geht sind die einfach unschlagbar. Ich habe vor geraumer Zeit einen Archos Medienspieler eingeschickt und hatte nach einer Woche den kompletten Einkaufspreis von Amazon erstattet bekommen. Und das Gerät war zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon eineinhalb Jahre alt.

I'm considering ordering mine from Amazon.de - as we don't seem to get the 64GB version anywhere in Denmark.
But how is the localization for the previous Transformer? Was it german only, or could you change the language as you usually can in Android?
Android always had some languages pre installed.
Guess dansk is one if them.
The keyboard layout is qwertz though, even in Germany!
And Amazon still has the release date after 24.
So guess you are probably better with a us or UK one if you do not care about the charging cable.

In order to replace the keyboard.apk, to be QWERTY, you'll need to root the device, or else you'll be stuck with the Deutsches pop-up keyboard too.
Oh? Also if using one of the Market alternatives? Like Swiftkey, etc?
I pre ordered from computer universe.net and still have no delivery date. I hope we don't have to wait till January.

I'm from Switzerland and the store were i preordered (digitec.ch) sets mid January as release date. I'd say dont expect it any earlier in other european countries.
And chill out guys The thing will come when it comes. Pay some attention to your wife in the meantime she wont be getting much of you when the prime arrives

Quick critique of your video. It seemed more like you were reviewing wifi and less about reviewing the nexus 10 device. Talking about things while your freshly unboxed device is sitting directly in front of you for several minutes is not a good way to go.

Yep, I was focused on the WiFi. Why? because NO one else does. One of the most important parts of the device and NO one talks about it. I did rant a bit but hopefully it will do someone some good. thanks for the feedback though.

The cheapest will do just fine. I have one from ebay (the one from your first link), paid it 1$, still kicking. Just avoid buying transparent ones if your buying does TPU cases. They turn yellow/brown pretty quickly and it looks ugly.
