guys this the theme changer app for quick replacement of your framework-res and twframework-res, created by me and here's the link:

-improved ui experience! file manager remembers your last location of selection for that session, so next time you directly jump over there without navigating!
-support for android.policy.jar (if u select this then it will take some more time to reboot, so don't panic)!
-Added safety! won't allow u to reboot unless u select both frameworks file!
NOTE:
-do one by one! i.e first select all system apps! n then go to theme changer window n select framework n apply theme! that will be fast n easy! everything in one reboot!
- when u change system apps! go easy on it! give some time (a sec or two) before selecting next file!

You should keep in memory the path selected for framework-res and use it when you click on 'select file' for adding path to twframework-res.

*INSTALLATION UPDATE*
You can now install Iridium Carbon, by flashing it through xrecovery. Download the IridiumCarbon-signed.zip from here put it in your sd and boot into recovery.
-Choose "install custom .zip"
-Choose "custom zip from sdcard"
-Browse to find "IridiumCarbon-signed.zip"
-Choose "Yes - Install IridiumCarbon-signed.zip"
-Once finished, reboot from xrecovery and enjoy! (it may take 3 minutes or more, dont be afraid)

Manual install:
Installation is easy and simple. All steps, however,

Requirements:
Root Explorer 2.12.x
X10 mini/mini pro rooted
Iridium Carbon Theme_pack (attached at the end of the post)
Installation procedure:
Step 1:
Copy android.policy.jar, framework.jar, framework-
res.apk files into your (/sdcard).
Step 2:
Launch Root Explorer and browse to the location of the theme
pack files. Press menu and then "Multiselect". Then
select the files and press "copy".
Step 3:
Browse to /system. Press Mount R/W tab. Then press
paste.
Step 4:
You're in /system. Select android.policy.jar file.
From the pop-up menu, choose permissions and set them
according to the screenshot:
Step 5:
We follow the exact same procedure to set the permissions for
the framework.jar and framework-res.apk files.
CAUTION:It is very important to set
proper permissions (as shown on the screenshot) to all of the three
files, or else you will end up with a bricked phone
Step 6:
Once we set the permissions, our files are ready to move on /system framework. Press menu and then "
multiselect" (we are on /system).
For once again choose android.policy.jar, framework.jar
, framework-res.apk and press move.
Step 7:
Go to /system/framework and press
paste.
Reboot the device in order to complete the installation (It will take a few minutes, more than usual so please DON'T PANIC!).

The theme_pack.zip also includes three wallpapers, made exclusively for this theme and also a dock and a "home" icon for Launcher Pro to make it look like this:
In case you want to restore the stock theme of
Sony Ericsson, follow the exact same procedure, but use the stock theme files.
I have attached them at the end of the post, in case you don't have them.

I'm not quite sure if i'll post a version with the original transitions.
The keyboard n the screens is included inside the theme but its the dialer's keyboard and not the one used by the messaging app.
In a future update i'll modify the conversations.apk in order to have the same keyboard in both dialer and messaging app.

Its easy!
You just have to install my theme, then install Launcher Pro Plus and change the dock and the app drawer icon with the ones, provided with the theme!
The widgets are: clockr, battstatt and OneSeven, you can get them from the market!

Installation:
1. Backup original SystemUI.apk from system/app/ folder
2. Copy SystemUI.apk from zip archive to system/ folder.
3. Set permissions as other system files have (rw-r--r--)
4. Move SystemUI.apk from system/ folder to system/app/ folder with replacing original one.
5. Reboot
6. If you use Ultra\Ultrans theme install (as ordinary app) QuickPanelSettings.apk for widget options.

Here is my method:
1) Make sure You have JDK, Android SDK installed.
2) Get http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=744409&stc=1&d=1318162089
3) Unpack contents to C:\ApkTools
4) Copy your apk to this folder
5) Drag it on apktool-d.cmd. This will decompile your apk and will create new folder with unpacker resources.
6) Modify resources. For example in C:\ApkTools\SystemUI\res\drawable-hdpi folder.
7) Drag whole apk folder on apktool-b.cmd. This will compile modified apk and will create subfolders dist and build.
8) Open your original apk with archiver (WinRAR for example) and drag/replace there modified compiled resources from build folder (C:\ApkTools\SystemUI\build\apk\res\drawable-hdpi) and resources.arsc file (C:\ApkTools\SystemUI\build\apk).
9) Save this archive as apk.
10) Strongly recommended to ZipAlign this apk

I'm using Indi, and got this large sync icon bug as well. Hopefully it can be resolved.

I want to make it clear. All mods with such functionality are based on rover.prince's mod. He ported it from X10 but did it not very well. There is bug with sync icon and some reports of battery drain. Until he will fix this or somebody else more skilled will make correct port, we will have what we have now.
My role: I am a designer/modder, not a developer. I am the author of graphic appearance of this mod (icons, backgrounds, etc.). I did this for X10 and I did this for Arc when this mod had appeared. I see dozen mods with my icons (Classic, Black or whatever they call it) but nobody gives the credit to my work! This thing always annoyed me at XDA! People take others work, make little cosmetic changes and release it as their own. People! Let's respect each other. It's not that hard!

Some part of my touchscreen aint working, so i took it there & dey told me it cant be repaired.. they re giving me another one, need to wait for 3-5days starting from Monday [30/7/2012]!

* Change permission to rw-r-r -- When i click on permission it gives me options 1. Owner which i check read, write n execute 2. Group Check Read write and execute Unchecked 3. Others Check Read write and execute Unchecked
* Move to system\app and replace -- Reboot Device (not sure about this step)

Not to worry figured out and got the theme installed.....how ever one quick question if someone can answer out of topic....m using real ics 5.1 rom and the wallpapers are set to scroll on every home screen how do i fix the wallpaper to static wallpapers

didnt work
i tried it in my rooted x8 running on gingerelite v2 2.3.7.... neither did it work when i placed the zip file in /system/app with changed permissions.... Nor did it install when i manually unzipped and tried to install the defaulttheme.apk..... Am i doing something wrong? Should i delete the defaulttheme in system/app? Should i extract it and then place only apk file in system/app
Help would be appreciated cuz i really like ur theme from the screenshots
