The phone was working fine before the update came, when i updated it to "061", it started. please help me. thanks

Best solution clean install of the rom.
if problem still persist, re-flash stock 2.1

Are you using data2sd? Cos i had exact same issue with gapps f.c. like every 10 minutes. Wiped and reflashed without data2sd and worked fine again. Or maybe just the wipe and reflash sorted the problem.

Also try reinstalling the v061 update. Could help ;0

[Q] Calls bug with CM 6.1.3?

I am running CM 6.1.3 on my x10i
Sometimes when the phone is locked and I get a call the phone is ringing but when I unlock it the answering window does not show I am just taken to the lock screen.
and the annoying thing is that the phone doesn't stop ringing oO lol and I have to reboot the phone everytime
Which cm 6.1.3 ROM r u running? Who makes it? That will help us here determine the problem better.

I am using that one with the latest update
and forgot to mention I randomly get an error sometimes saying there was a call log failure and it was force closed (next time I get it I will copy the message I get)
U shouldnt have that issue at all. Try reflashing the rom by xrecovery with clearing phone memory, all caches, and battery stats. If that doesnt work, let me u mite have to reflash the se firmware from flashtool or seus and reroot and start over with flashing ROMS.
Lets start first with the xrecovery way first.

Hi,
Give some more details,
On wich ROM are you, official or customised ?
Task killer app ?
Always the same problem with this phone or new problem ?
If you've installed the new custom kernels, then battery drain is normal..also did you do a clean install of the rom? If yes, did you restore the apps and data.?
As I said I'm running wolfbreaks rom. I have already done a fresh installation of the rom. I have restored apps and data using mybackup root. I am not running any costum kernels. Any help is appreciated thanks guys.

Wipe dalvik cache and reset battery stats, that could help
There is a known issue, stated on Wolfbreaks thread about the ROM, it says that if you have this problem..
Make a full fresh reinstall of 2.1 trought Sony Ericsson Update Service and then after that my ROM and dont restore your Data in 2.1 or my ROM. Make a fresh install and if thats done you can restore Data with Flashtool Method i described or with MyBackupRoot/Titanium

I use the Cyanogen 6.1.3 & have no issues at al, maybe you should callebrate your battery every once in a while!
Have you updated Wolf's ROM to V06? Since I updated the phone is flying! Very fast and smooth and battery seems to last much longer
reflash the phone (or recover using xRecovery) to 2.1
then reboot back to xRecovery, wipe everything in order as written in the instructions.
flash base rom (v05), reboot, login to the market and let it settle.
then install the update v06, flash in the new market, then reboot.
apart from doing the correct steps, it is also important to calibrate your battery, which you can find apps from the market to do so.

I installed 2.37 Android 2.3.7 Stock-like yesterday and everything worked like a charm, but then all os freeze. I didn't new what to do so i removed battery and after restart all programs I installed aren't working. I am getting force quit error. If I am re-installing it everything works again, but I want that it wouldn't happen again. Could you explain me what going on and how to prevent this? And what to do if everything freeze?
Thank you for help.
Those things happen sometimes, but not always.
If you haven't shut down the phone properly you may end up with that problem.
And how to shut down it properly if turn off button isnt responding?

as a very beginner in android I´m not sure that my answer is really what you are asking,
first I updated my original Froyo to Olleh stock rom via streakmode, as the thread in this forum,....after I updated to DSC 2.0 directly over Olleh gingerbread, without passing by DSC 1.0
It worked great, compared to stock rom wich is a potato,.... but now I´ve losed my paradise :crying::crying::crying::crying:
anyway thanks a lot to nop, I will reinstall 2.0, is a very very very good ROM:laugh::laugh::laugh:
josinho00, you entered recovery when you was flashing update.
Which recovery was that?

I´ll try the new patch this afternoon
yesterday nigth I reflashed v 2.0 and after 2.0.1, it became to normal .... wifi was all rigtht and DSC apps also were allright.
but "battery counter" did not work properly (it was full charged and showed just 1%) and some apps like "ES file explorer" did not work with root privilegies, I reflashed superuser zip, and after every thing including battery counter were fixed"""
You should always flash updates on full charge, that'll get rid of 1% problem.

Hi pro..how can i use fm on dsc 2.1.thanks

Yes.
I've tried to update DSC 1.7 to 2.0 than 2.2, everything is ok.
After flashing updDSCv2.2-PDroid.zip, system hangs on boot animation.
Using nandroid back to 2.2(no PDroid), system is no problem.
How to fix it? Thanks!
Have you flashed PDroid for 2.0 first?
I understand that's not clear, but you should flash 2.0, then 2.0's Pdroid, then 2.2 with PDroid.

Problem solved. Thank you, n0p !
Steps for DSC 2.2 with PDroid
1) Flash DSCv2.0-rel.zip
2) Flash PDroid-v1.31-DSCv2.0.zip
3) Flash updDSCv2.2-PDroid.zip
4) Wipe cache partition, dalvik, fix permissions
5) Reboot
continuing to reboot...
Recently, my phone has been restarted many times. Trying to solve it by reflashing DSC 2.3, but it remains. I flashed the baseband back to 407, it works!
Now it works like a charm but loudly...
