One based on RFS.

Does SGS2 format external memory card also to ext4, or does it maintain fat32 for it?
Any way to check it?

internal_sd = ext
external_sd = fat or your windows pc would need some mods for reading it.

It's not the rel_path, at all. Either look at F22's kernel discussion thread - there's a fix in the first post. Or, my personal preference - just update to a newer kernel.. AFAIK 1258+ this bug has been squashed (clocks issue).

You don't need this if you're on a newer kernel!!!!
Just update your kernel folks, no need for this in the startup!

Which ROM you have installed in Winmo does not matter.
Kernels are stored in the root of your SD card - zImage and the modules-blahblahblah.tar.gz files - I suggest reading the multiple sticky threads in this forum, there is information about kernel updates.
Also, if an updated kernel does not fix your problem, then most likely your SD card is wonky, try another one.

See, do you realize that this in an international forum and that your ridiculous bastardization of English you continue to present here makes it extremely difficult for non-native speakers to understand your posts, not to mention that it physically hurts one's eyes to read such junk?
Quit the "l33t" speak. I do not mind spelling/grammar mistakes, but not this pidgin.

Previous answers would suggest that this question has already been asked, answered and resolved. Try searching the forum, trying those methods, and if it still doesnt work you can post again here telling us specifically what you have tried and what response you got from those attempts and we might be able to help you better.

Who has the One X+ and knows how to use ADB?

If so, we need a system dump.
adb pull /system/
Zip up all the folders and upload it. Then post it here. Please and thank you.

Could you also run "adb shell mount > output.txt" while you're at it
I'm curious whether the internal /sdcard is still partitioned as fat or that they switched to ext4 since hox+ ships with MTP instead of UMS.

It seems the sdcard is now mounted as fuse, which iirc means that the "sdcard" is actually stored in /data/media. So you should have a shared space for app storage and phone storage (could you take a screenshot of Settings->Storage?). I guess that you can also have files bigger than 4GB on sdcard now since /data is ext4. But this also means you should be careful with full wipes when flashing a rom because I think they usually just format /data, which in this case would also clear the sdcard.
Now if we could only get this to work on original hox

This would be an absolutely NO-GO! Hope you are wrong... Would be a pain to play with different ROMs with a 64 GB storage when it's going to be deleted everytime...

Can we not get a recovery up and running for now, but obviously express a warning that you have to back up your data before flashing as it will erase sd card aswell as data. It may give you some breathing room to finsh off your other projects and look into our recovery issue

I don't believe so. I never use the internal memory since I have a 64GB sd card. I recommend backing up your photos just to be on the safe side.

Here is a version I like better;
ruby-superwipe.zip - 1.12 MB

I always felt these scripts were unnecessary since 4ext has the feature to "wipe all partitions except sd card" but eh guess it comes down to personal preference

It uses e2fsck, mkfs.ext4 & tune2fs to wipe and align the system, data & cache...the other wipe script just uses recovery commands... so IMO it is more thorough.
