Has anyone seen an AV adapter for the TF yet? Want to be able to hook the TF up to a projector to show off the office suite that comes preinstalled.
Looking for something similar to the Apple Digital AV Adapter for the ipad.
Have been searching around with no luck yet.

The transformer has mini hdmi output. Grab a mini to standard hdmi cable and you're good to go.

Yep, check on monoprice or ebay, really good price, just be sure to get a MINI hdmi to xxxx and not a MICRO hdmi....

That may not work as advertised, by let us know if it does. HDMI is digital while I believe the VGA is analog. I have a HDMI to various outputs and it requires it be powered. Just FYI and YMMV
Haven't ordered one yet, I order it today and see if it works.
Has anyone heard anything about the official accessories? There was a dongle in the list of official accessories.

I meant that the cable draws power from USB 3. So any USB 3 plug would do? Not sure where you'd get the cable from

Does anyone know if the 40 pin connector on the TF201 is the same as the original Eee Pad Transformer TF101?
I want to buy an extra power supply and 5 ft USB cable. I have been to one web site that indicated they were the same connectors.

it really should be, to change that kind of defeats the purpose of a proprietary connector.

the docks arent compatible as the prime is thinner.
it could be possible to finagle something but I'm not one for a solution like that.

I took a gamble and purchased another charger, the USB and SD card adapters plus a couple 5ft USB cables hoping that the pin outs had not changed
Now if Amazon would only deliver my 64GB PRIME I could test everything out myself. It looks like I might have it by Super Bowl time

I recently traded for a Razr Maxx and I love it. However, I hate the micro HDMI port. I will probably never use it and want to know if there is an accessory that covers the port. What I'm looking for is a plug for the port to cover it so i won't keep sticking the micro USB cord in there by accident. The best example of what I'm looking for is some similar to a wall plug for electrical outlets to stop kids from putting a fork in them. Does anyone know who sells something like this?

I wouldn't go with playdoh, but some Instamorph would probably make a great plug. Few drops of black dye if you want it to blend in.

I have the same converter. But the only rubber is in the micro hdmi port, no the female hdmi side.
guys...my charging cable got ripped apart.. so i bought the cable from amazon...but the sad part is it doesn't charge...i still have the adaptor so i thought buying the cable is enough... but its not.. so now i am planning to buy the cable and adaptor combo... but reading the reviews give me bad feeling about it. can anyone help me to buy the right product

A lot of the amazon ones are really not designed for the prime and dont work. Which one did you get? I can verify that this one works.
