I just debranded to UK firmware , Uk is said to get the update today or tomorrow... I edited the build.prop ... India will get the update only nov-mid

Please, can You tell us what languages it include? Just look into language preference. I wonder if it include Czech language. Atleast for input.

Well, i have unbranded generic world,it supports a load of languages, including japaneese, russian so problably even Czec...
If PC companion or SEUS doesnt work, update it, or as i did, uninstall and install (not only reinstall)
Maybe it is filtered by IP or so because I have generic world too, I triend uinstall and install companion but it still show I'm up to date with 1.1.A.0.8
So far nobody posted original, decrypted 2.1.1.A.0.6 firmware in SIN format for flash tool, so I've decided to update to get these files - could come in handy

Could someone eleborate further what "decrypted firmware" + Flasher is? Since I am a new user. I was always using xRecovary in addition to SEUS.

In terms of XDA, decrypted firmware means that this is original firmware like the one flashed with SEUS, but decrypted to extract .sin files which can be flashed with Androxide's/Bin4ry's FlashTool.
So, flashing these files is the same as flashing phone with SEUS (should be, theoretically, unless there's some strange problem with phone that only SEUS can fix)...

jus use the nordic ics version... flash ftf using flashtool.. select ur anguage accrdngly during setup!

What you can do I guess is downgrade to gb then edit your SI code in build.prop to the one you mentioned above, then update through pcc or seus.
That's what I'm doing when it repressed for my country to see if there's any difference.

Build.prop is in /system/build.prop.
This is a small guide that I made a while back. Just remember to reboot after.

That's what is written under the battery. What about yours ?
According to WotanServer, for Greece the SI is 1252-3310, which should be right because for versin 2.3.4, DailySecret was preinstalled.
I uploaded the ftf for the official ICS 4.1.A.0.562 (1252-3310), that I got from Update Service, here:

How to:
1.Enable USB debugging (settings->developer option),
2.Enable Unknown sources (settings-> security)
3.Connect usb cable to pc
4.Run .bat file
5.Connect usb cable to phone and press any key on keyboard
The phone will reset and its done
P.s 1253-3310 should be the Greek firmware i had it before and "sony ericsson update service" upgrade it to ICS same firmware.
You can check which version you have by pressing in dial pad *#*#7378423#*#* service info->software info, its the customized version.
Worked !

someone is reporting that he can't update his rooted .58 PH Generic Firmware to .62 via OTA.
So, having a PH Generic Firmware will just be for warranty purposes.
Just to make this thread solved, here's a WT19i_4.0.2.A.0.62_PH Generic(1254-1952).

I have an international .58 somewhere, not the one that came with my phone. used it to downgrade coz i immediately update my to .62 when i got my phone. and .62 wasn't rootable yet.

Either request someone who got PH Firmware to create .ftf file via this tutorial.
OR
Ask those who got PH Firmware to check their CDA. The one under customization version in software info. Then follow this thread.

You may also use XperiFirm or -as suggested above- FlashTool (into which XperiFirm is now integrated).
