Connecting Vibrant to Car Aux-IN

Hey,
I have Samsung Vibrant with Honeybee 2 ROM and Tiger Blood 3.2 Kernel.
I connect my Vibrant to My Aux-in port in the car stereo.
When i Play music or watching videos , I hear it from my car speakers
but when i make phone call , i hear the call from the phone speakers
In My last Rom (Bionix 1.3.1 + Dead horse Kernel ) the phone calls was also works from my car speakers...
i searched and found in this Kernel :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=936928
The imported line : "~ Headsets with no Mic's now work for Phone Calls"
I'm afraid to Flash this kernel...
because i don't know if it working good with my rom (my rom is Honeybe)
Maybe do you know how they did it ?
Thanks
use this one here, it's the updated version of that kernal. it should work with honeybee, since it's for 2.2.1 roms.
Thank you it's working now !!!!
But the call volume is very low
and music and video playing volume is Ok
Do you know how to fix the volume ?
I tried to set maximum call volume but it stil low
thanks again

Speakers not working?

Hi
Today, i was listening to some music, sound started lagging. Then suddenly, it disappeared. Now the speakers arent working anymore. I was on omega v6.0. and using default musicplayer, then I upgraded to omega 7.1. But the problem persisted! So i wiped data and cache, and installed the latest cyanogenmod 9 nightly. But the problem is still there :/
It's not that it aint playing any sound, but its really really really low, i have to put my phone up to my ear before i can hear anything.
If i plugin headsets, the sound is normal in the headsets, also, in calls, the sound is normal in the earpiece. Its only the speakers.
DSPmanager doesnt help, neither does Volume+
i think we have the same issue here .
any fix for it ?

[Q] Audio Stops Working Randomly and When Mic Is Activated

Hi there! I have been having some issues with my I9300 running CM 10.2 SNAPSHOT (Via CM installer). The audio stops randomly while listening to music and when surfing the internet. I tried PlayerPro and Apollo, different browsers, disabled DSP without success. This happened when I installed CM and after making a factory wipe.
I discovered that this is also triggered when the mic is activated, for example when recording a voice message on whatsapp or searching using the voice command on google search. The audio just dies. The issue is not there when the headphones are not plugged in.
I read on another posts that this is related to the AOSP ROM but I was wondering if there was a fix. This issue is very annoying.
Thanks!

[Q] Sound Artifact

Hey,
I'm using Crystal PA with nikita's Cyanogen 11 Extended Kernel on my d620.
I experience some "sound artifacts" / noise / interference when listening to music on my phone. Those are distorted sounds that occur randomly while listening to music with headphones or via phone speakers.
But the strange thing is , if I use CM's Apollo music player everything is normal.
I'd just use Apollo to play music, but it doesn't quite offer all the features I need.
Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
Would installing Viper4Android help?
EDIT: I'll reflash the Rom and see if it helps
I just reflashed the Rom and there are still artifacts.
I nailed DSP down to generate this issue.
