Hey all just to let you know I have been talking with the folks at Tuff-Luv and thy are making a Tri-Axis Transformer case, they expect to have it ready in 4-6 weeks with pre-order available in two weeks. I have a Tuff-Luv case for my Archos and it's great so really looking forward to this.

Hi, I realize that there are a number of posts on this topic. Since there are a number I thought I would summarized it again.
I'm looking for a soft shell case / body shell. The leather cases are too bulky for around the house. No need to prop it up for viewing. Doesn't matter to me if it's rubber, silicone, plastic. hard or soft.
I'd buy one of these but I don't have a need for the other 99.

The wholesaler did reply. He says that he can't ship just a single unit, which he states in his ad. He gave me a email address of a contact in Texas.
I'm looking for something a bit easier. I'll just wait until they start to appear online.

I honestly don't think that they are available... I think those are mock up pictures. If they were ready I should have known by now.

Xoom dimensions are really close. Just looking for something thin for better grip that also absorb some of the shock should it fall.
Just received word that they ARE being produced for us. Rumor is that they should be done in about 10 days. If they in fact are, I would assume i'll have them available just a few days afterwards.

The word as of this morning is that the 1st sample is being finished. I am supposed to be receiving pics withing 24 hours and that sample is to be shipped to me for a review and to share

I could really have used it this evening: went to a talk at a local Google campus taking my g-tab with me and had to improvise with my USB keyboard and a regular faux-leather folder so I could take notes.
I was actually envious of a couple of iPad users with their smart-looking folio cases and that's just wrong on so many levels.
** Edit: Apparently my g-tab was envious too: it went into an android.process.acore hissy fit after I got home.
Nice, I am interested in the keyboard/case combo too. Can't wait to hear about the quality.

Yeah, I thought the same thing until I tried to plug a USB thumb drive into my tablet with a USB keyboard connected to work on some documents. Doh!

That case is more like the "bag" type. They have one in the Sony store made by stm, but this http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/st...toreId=10151&langId=-1&partNumber=STMDP030001 is the one im talking about. Its been backordered for a while now, though its showing an estimated ship date of 11/16 now! Too long of wait for me.

I noticed one of the photos is a misrepresentation. The one that's positioned so you can type. We know the screen doesn't rotate when you have the thick part of the tablet at the bottom.

Going by one of the pictures, the opening for IR seems to be very big (instead of a pin hole). That's why I went with this one. We'll see.

I just got the ultra slim version, and I have to twist the tablet at an odd angle to use the IR feature. I'm going to return it.

Really? I looked on Ebay Canada and US and it is pretty much all just variations of the IVSO case. The one I really liked on this site is this one.
The HOCO case looks really decent. They don't seem to have a tab pro version anywhere in North America though.
I just ordered that one from them this morning so I guess I'll find out. It's from china though so who knows how long this'll take to get to me.

The case and keyboard are perfect. Nice quality, fits perfectly and works just as well. Well worth the wait and money.
From the photos it looks like a generic BT keyboard of the correct size, with a leather cover around it, rather than an integrated keyboard/case as on the Surface keyboards and Zagg folios/covers. Correct?

Sorry about that. Yes the case is great! It looks and feels like real leather inside and out. It fits extremely well. The only downside is that there isn't a magnet to hold it closed but that only bothered me initially. It stays closed really well.

Lol, I ordered the same one and the game stick thing. I ordered 2 days ago, but havent heard squat since. I know it says like 5 day delivery, but I would have thought some type of correspondence on the order by now?? Looks like DHL is coming up strong on people's phone orders, so maybe they will come through on this also...
