Home Page on stock browser - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

H guys,
as the title says ..how do u go to your home page while browsing on your stock browser? I cant find it in the menu nor is there any button or toggle in the browser...
Thanks in advance for any help
Regards..

What you need to do is first navigate to the page you want to use as your Home page.
Once done go to Menu/More/Settings/ and tap on where it says 'Set home page'.
Now tap on where it says 'Use current page'.
Come out of the Browser App, make sure it has been closed down then reload.... you will now see the browser app will automatically go to your new Home page.

When you are browsing a web site and want to return to your google.com home page, HOW do you do it?
Is there a one button push to get there like most browsers have.

Click to collapse
Menu >> Close Existing Tab, that should create a new session with Default Home Page. or you add a bookmark shortcut for your home page on your home screen.
menu > new window
also, you know the top right button beside the URL is a shortcut to bookmarks right?

[Q] Home button on stock browser

Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to get to the home page in the stock browser?
I've changed the homepage in settings but i can't figure out how to navigate to it.
I used to have the Asus Transformer and in the stock browser when you select the bookmark button there was an option for the homepage but that seems to be missing from the Galaxy.

[Q] Is there an app for going directly to a page on your phone??

In the top right of the Browser is a menu button, click on it. Under General is a Set Homepage option. The Browser will open with the last page visited unless you close using the x on the tab or use back button until browser closes.

stock browser launches blank page

Verizon GSIII - launching the stock browser gives me a blank page. I have gone into settings and set my home page as google and that did not work. I have restored the default setting for the browser and that did not work. any suggestions on how to get the browser to load the home page when launched?
Also, I would like to create a shortcut to Google Voice Search (Google search bar has it) so that i can use it as one of my lock screen shortcuts, but it does not show up in my application list.
Try clearing app data under SystemSettings->Apps->All->Browser
If that doesn't help - use Opera or Chrome from Play Market.
I'm not sure about lockscreen customizations - RTFM.
