[Update]Transparent glass Theme CM7 RC1.5+Tutorial - Defy Themes and Apps

I´ve been searching for a transparent theme in the forum...but can´t find nothing....so...I decided to make it and here it is:

This theme have the setting mod too.
And here is the new setting.out for the kitchen....so if you want to change something just follow the tutorial at the end of the post.

This one is like the screenshots, and have the settings menu edited to, but I dont use the MMS, VENDING, CONTACTS, GMAIL, MUSIC, GOOGLEQUICKSEARCHBOX and LATINIME transparency apks. If you want to use those, just download from the forum...and put it un the APP folder of the new theme (I use 7zip for that). After install, in theme chooser use the system theme.
[NEW] Tutorial:
well...as I promised...this is a little tutorial to make your on theme for the nigthly builds.
First of all...the kitchen to do it: http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/
Then...you have to download this file to use it in the kitchen (this file contain the config for the kitchen to make a transparent theme like the screen shots): Defyglass.uot: http://www.multiupload.com/6HMSZ9WH3M
1) Now when the file is download you have to enter the kitchen (the page, not the room in your house.....LOL <------sorry about that) and go to the KITCHEN link
2) Now go to FILE UPLOAD and click in UPLOAD SETTINGS in Kitchen's settings part and choose the file Defyglass.uot.
3) Go to every part of the kitchen (Battery, Icons, Status bar, Popup, Windows animation (this is not use it in this theme but you can use it if you want), Font pack, Bootanimation) and generate all the previews in wich one the kitchen let you.
3) In the SUMMARY you have to check if everything its ok (all must be green).
4) Download the nigthly build you want to use and extract the SystemUI apk (System/app/) and the framework-res apk (system/framework/) to do this I use the winrar...but you can use 7zip.
5) Back to the FILE UPLOAD part, you have to choose system files and upload this two files (SystemUI and framework-res) in the right place.
6) When you get this done go back to the SUMMARY section and click the botton SUBMIT WORK TO KITCHEN.
7) You will have this page:
Copy the order number (just in case) and go to the pick up page and wait for the file to shows. This take much time sometimes just refresh the page.
In some nightly you may have to change some configuration so...if the theme it´s not what you like...make the changes and try it again.

I like the status bar and the font. But i don't now why the SMS and dialpad are not transparent on my mobile
If you add the colored icons on setting.apk, it will be better (in my opinion).

Thank!....and sorry I can´t make an apk...I don´t know how...and you can change it in theme chooser...but the apps like MMS, MARKET, PHONE, etc...won´t change, because they are a replacement for the original...sorry.
If you don´t want to change the originals apk of your PHONE, MARKET, MMS, etc....install the OLD zip.

Cause of the transparency its looling very poor in some apps like Tapatalk or Facebook.

I dont have the stock keyboard. Sorry. I use swype (not the stock one in CM7). Look here in the forum for it.

My status bar stay black on homescreen
And notifications are total transparent(bkg and footer)? Or another bug?

If you are using ADW LAUNCHER you have to remove the wallpaper hack..for the status bar...the notifications are like this...in the RC version they are ok.

Both, ADW and LP shows black status bar... I disabled hack wallpaper, clean data and start using LP, after reboot lockscreen show transparency on statusbar, but in homescreen and appdrawer are black...

That's because the LP launcher don't have the transparency in the homescreen...in adw launcher EX disabling the wallpapaer hack solve the problem...
I recomend you to use the ZEAM LAUNCHER or ADW launcher EX (wallpaper hack=disable) or maybe GO LAUNCHER.
But this is not a theme problem...
