INSTALLATION
Do a factory reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Wipe Dalvick cache
Wipe Battery stats
Flash the update.zip package via xRecovery
Optional : if you are using 46/49/52 baseband install the patch after the rom
Reboot and leave the phone alone 5min , Login into the market then reboot
Install new market via xRecovery , reboot
Go to CyanogenMod Settings / Status Bar . ( and the clock becomme white )

zKernel is for 54/55/58/61/65/67 only !
for the 4xx/52 will be soon a package that will install the v3.52 Kernel

BTW:
BB 54/55/58/61/65/67 come under 2.1.xx
BB 46/49/52 come under 2.0.xx
also correct me if i am wrong but the two rom versions will mostly be almost 90%+ identical right? only baseband related files will be diff? cant u just make it in for of patch? patchX if u are on baseband 2.0.xx / patchY if u are on baseband 2.1.xx
that way users need not download 150MB+ files... just small patches...
btw which boot.img version (of zkernel) worked for ur rom/this release?

So... I was very very very very very very busy, so I didn't have any time to look at this thread, to know what are the bugs of the 2.0 version... I know that some (maybe a lot xD) prefer the 1.2.4 version because it is based on MiniCM7Pro ! But I had no time to work on it, and look into rebase my ROM on MiniCM7Pro !
I am moving to an HTC Sensation tomorrow !
But I will release a last version (2.1), simply the same as the 2.0 but based on MiniCM7Pro !
After that I will never update my ROM anymore because i will give my phone to a friend for him to discover the most powerfull, beautyfull, and best OS for smartphones !
But I will upload my sources to my mediafire account, it will just be a zip file, with all the things I change in my ROM
I discovered XDA through FrAndroid (the most popular French blog on Android) on December 2010 ! Owain94 and MikeVHL just started to make ROMs for this phone (CyanogenMod 6, remember ) and I was very happy to have Android 2.2 on my phone x)
Time left, D4 and slade87 take the lead of this section, and give us the most powerfull ROMs that we can had on our phones !

Please re-read this post entirely I've made a lot of change for version 2.0!
This ROM is totally based on Flame.E v0.4 (Bêta) ! This awesome ROM is made by Eyama, don't forget to thank him !
Why this ROM and not MiniCM7Pro or GinTonic.SE ? Because MiniCM7Pro, is too buggy, iptables are not present etc.
GinTonic.SE is an Odexed ROM so I can't do everything I want with the ROM...
So I choose Flame.E, who is as stable as GinTonic.SE and Desodexed
This ROM brings together all the tweaks, theme, ringtones, look and fell that coming from Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) for our little smartphones !

For the new 2.0 version you MUST do the "first install" installation, with all wipes, bootloop, sweats (xD) etc. Sorry for desagrement...
If you are installing this ROM for the first time :
1- Reboot into ClockWorkMod Recovery.
2- Backup your current ROM !
3- Do a Factory Reset/Full Wipe.
4- Go to Advanced and Wipe Dalvik-cache.
5- Install the ROM ("CyanoCream Sandwich (v***).zip").
6- Do an other Factory Reset/Full Wipe.
7- And an other Wipe Dalvik-cache.
8- Now Reboot...
9- ... and you wil get a Bootloop x) it's normal.
10- Remove your Battery during 15 seconds.
11- Put the battery into your phone.
12- Boot into CWM Recovery.
13- Install the first Hotfix ("CCS (v***) Hotfix1.zip").
14- Flash also the modules ("CCS Modules (v***).zip") if you are using the Stock Kernel !
14- And again... Do an other Factory Reset/Full Wipe...
15- And an other Dalvik-cache wipe...
16- Reboot...
17- The ROM work ! But it missing the ICS statusbar layout !
18- So Reboot into CWM Recovery (for the last time ).
19- Install the second Hotfix ("CCS (v***) Hotfix2.zip").
20- Reboot...
21- And now... ENJOY 8D

1- Reboot into CWM Recovery.

Could you explain why the install instructions are so complicated?
Is the MiniCM7Pro v20 wifi/bluetooth MAC address fixed in this ROM?
When I installed paulxxx's ROM, both my wifi and bt MACs were changed to the default, I just with I could change them back to the original.
No bugs fixed, no new features... in resume: just a new theme for Paul's rom?

Because it's a known bug of the ICS Statusbar layout !
In fact, the files who must be changed for this addon are framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk !
When you flash this addon (in the ROM), the first time it doesn't work so you must flash the originals framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from your ROM (Hotfix1) and only after flash again the ICS Statusbar Layout (Hotfix2) !

Paul's ROM is work like a charm for me, no bugs... I'm providing MY work to you... If you have bugs with Paul's ROM, try to solve them yourself !
No new features ? Whe haven't read the same paragraph...
I made this ROM for people who don't want to use apktool or apkmanager to apply some importants tweaks to the ROM...
But you are right Erze, this ROM doesn't fix your Wi-Fi/MAC adress rodrigoyasuda... Sorry.

You must flash the original 2.1.1.A.0.6 with flashtool !

This Firmware is only for U20i !!!
Flash this Firmware with flashtool, you will have a stock Kernel and you will be able to use this ROM

You can make it yourself ! Just open the .zip and remove files you doesn't want !
But this rom has a lot a tweaks that are made for work on the Stock Kernel !
This ROM (and the original MiniCM7Pro) are faster than ever ! Even faster than the GinTonic.SE with the Zombie Panic Kernel !

are you using all "eventstream___.apk" from arc?
i recommend using all timescape related apks from x10 firmware only. just use "timescapespline.apk" from arc.
believe me, that way lag is less. i have experimented with it quite a lot.
btw I'll download this asap and report back.

sorry but i know what i am doing , i use only 2.3.4 app , only !! , we are not on stock base so if i do what you tell he can not sync with facebook , its not possible i know what i am doing on stock 2.3.3 base we change only somme app from 2.3.4 but this have only 2.3.4 files and cm7 somme files so is not possible to do that i have trayed , but event if ther is a way it will make the rom unstable , i dont care that it lag a bit the rom is not so good tweaked cause i am realy bad on tweaking i know many devheare can make this rom fly

DoomKernel v6 , but whatever kernel you have just you need to flash on the rom the correct modules and it will work

im just trying to give some reviews about this rom.
autofocus is not working in camera
setup wizard and calender keeps force closing
I dint tried bravia and xloud,because I don't use them
when I try to install apps from SD card,it keeps rebooting
other then that this rom is really beautiful,I always wanted to have new xperia look in my mobile
let him take some time to fix everything in this rom......
love this rom
wi-fi working but need to add deodexed setings.apk From minicm
I was f0ckin waiting for an "not only" SE like looking ROM but a ROM with real SE functions!

It got restarted, and I can't with the setup wizard, it keeps closing forced.

From which ROM do I have to flash this update.zip ? Can I just flash this ROM from stock ROM or other ROM (after flasing nAa kernel, of course), or do I have to flash this update.zip from the latest MiniCM 7.2 ?

Bravia and Xloud is not compatible with armv6 processors its only for armv7 neon

I think there is no need for "Beta1" extension Rom works nice and no bugs till now, laggy on start but then it works good... Just some performance improvements would be very good
in the description there is also a typo("latest sony 6.0.A....")but i got that you made it in a hurry
downloading rom now....
in about phone menu: mod version is engine 2.0
i think u forgot to edit it
nice job really. performance improvement are needed especially when scrolling menus

Its a Xperia bug, my friend with a neo got that from time to time, I think is when you kill the lockscreen application or you have low memory.....

I have a lot of reboots using facebook and when screen is turned off for now

Corners are missing in radio app
Tried semchome (eclair version with corners) same, corners are missing
Is it possible to have semc phone 2.3.7 and radio fm 2.3.7 and is there any working xperia events app for SDE?

The theme can not insert it as it is a app with copyrights. But I ask the developer if I can put it in my rom. For updates OTA there I was already working upwards.
Hmm, I know I saw the same theme in some aroma installer from this forum (well I think it was the same), so what would it be different if it is already included. But yeah, it would probably be the best to contact the developer.

I advise you to use the kernel included in the rom. However, you have to use kernel for cm, not for stock.

1- where is the xLoud and Bravia? i cant find them
2- when i want to change theme say : "sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size"
3- can i install cybershot mod? can u add cybershot for this rom?
4- the notification led still doesnt work. plz fix it.

1 - They are pre-activated, is not found in the settings.
2 - That error happens also with FXP CM9 original, just ignore it.
3 - As mentioned in the previous post, does not work on CM9.
4 - There are those bugs in the CM9, try the original CM9.
The sony audio goodies are enabled in kernel(vendor/etc) ? If not they not work for sure!
