I had the brazilian ROM and recently switched to European XE7. I used to have a Router app on my phone to create a hotspot. I now don't have it. Does anyone have this app? If not, what is the best app in the Market to allow this?

hi guys, the title is explicit enough,
I found an app called eris market fix which seems to work for some devices but i don't knowif it'll work on the tablet. Anyone has a suggestion?
It appears that Google blocked some people from downloading/installing this.

As per usual, this new app cannot be downloaded from Google Play by WiFi only tablet users. Does anyone know if the app is interrogating the device for an IMEI? If it isn't ... has anyone got the .APK so I can sideload it?

I am new here. I have few questions, help anyone if they got any idea about it.
Is it possible to use WiFi only apps on Mobile data? As I heard about xposed respiratory "fake WiFi connection" but it's not working for all the apps, second things it's only available on rooted device.
What if someone have non-rooted device? How they can use it, any alternative? Is it possible to make some modifications within the app to make it worked on mobile data also?
Any feedback regarding this are welcome.
