So my question is does anyone has the extended battery for HTC Thunderbolt if yes, any pics? lol, I mean the EVO has the battery in the middle but this one looks more like in the top so I wonder how it looks?
I didn't put this on the other sub forum cause I feel is more like a question then anything else , thanks

Double post

Sorry that thing is huge, wouldnt be me.

Well guys I got it anyways it feels like it has more grip on TB and definitely no extra chargers to carry

Working great so far after full charge 54% left and done with work , I wish it would work like that with stock battery lol

It's weird...I get get 3 days on my extended battery...but only 1 day on my normal battery. Isn't the larger battery around 2800mAh and the stocker is 1400?

Is that with everyday use? call/text/web/messaging. I had one on my Inc and it would only last about 2 days, and then gradually got worse, I popped my old battery in and got 1.5 days out of a charge with everyday use and I still use it and the battery hasn't changed.

I think I am one of the few claiming horrible battery life with even light use. I agree with you. This phone BURNS battery of 3g worse than my EVO when it was brand new! It does say you were on battery for over 13 hours though. I've never made it past 7 hours with little use.
On a side note, there will be an update released in early December to fix battery drain and data connectivity issues.

You have a link for the update claims?
I'm on the fence on returning this for a rezound and then nexus.

It isn't 100% proof solid, but I certainly agree that there will be an update ASAP for this phone. Much prior to the ICS update. These bugs have to be taken care of now, not later. Bionic was enough, VZW will NOT let the Razr go without being fixed immediately.

Screen shots of you best battery performance usage.....

I want to see other mopho users post a screenshot of their battery usage.
Im running Rocko 2.0 odex/jokers 1.4 oc kernel
Heres my screenshot 24+ hrs and still got like 3% left

No offense but that's not a good battery life picture, your phone is idle too long, for a real comparison you have to use your phone, I've gone 17 hours before, and still had about 10% left and that was after a day of playing dead space and gta 3 all day

I'm not an expert but it looks like.... Ummmm.... Yeeeeeaaaa you charged your battery during thus timeframe so it's not a true reading. That's why there's an Upsweep in the power consumption graph. It won't do that any other way unless I'm not privy to a new technique

3.7 versus 3.8 volt batteries

So a guy at my work wants to sell me his battery from his dead rezound but it is a 3.7 volt battery mine is a 3.8 I remember reading something a long time ago about 3.7 volt batteries . Will it work without issues? Will verizon exchange it for 3.8?

3.7 runs cooler than the 3.8.... people were trading in their 3.8s for 3.7s
On gingerbread the 3.8 got much better life than the 3.7, on ICS it's about the same
Back in the early days of ICS for us, the 3.7v batteries (I believe) wouldn't charge past about like 87 ish percent while the phone was on, but the 3.8v would charge fully. We don't have that issue now though, there's no real difference anymore.
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using XDA Premium.
I've both. The 3.7 barely holds a charge for me, takes only two hours of screen on time to kill the battery and that's on wifi so go figure...
My 3.7 on the other hand..

Yeah right, apple said samsung is copy cat but better...pardon me...BEST! I really love my s3. It's a beast. ))
Battery life is amazing. I don't think there is another Android phone out there with battery life as good as the S3.
It is the easiest phone to root that I have ever had, very simple and no need to downgrade or any other easing about. It's as simple as installing software connecting to a computer and pressing a button

Help with battery drain

Hi guys,
I recently updated to JB using HSD Pilot's update package, and everything passed fine. I experienced battery drain before and i tought it will be better for a week or two. But that didn't happen.. Is threre a way to make battery life better with some kernel or smthng like that, or with custom rom (I saved root)... I am a GSM user... Just look at the screenshots, my battery life is LAME!!
Thaanks!!

Try to use other governors and schedulers, turn off mobile data when not in use, use the 'greenify' app. It hibernates apps. Use your phone after full charge until it almost dies
