No, this is not a stock KG3 rom, as :
- this is not official KG3 kernel
- files have been moded for Power Menu
Perfect, exactly what I´m looking for ODEXED, stock browser with HW Acc., OC, root and no data wipe.
Can´t wait to get home and flash it.

CWM is included. Do a full wipe if you are sure that you can't find it.

About the ROM: (Must Read before you start using the ROM)
I have a lot to work on, so please be patient. I seriously don't want to upload unfinished work.
So the new concept that i have implemented in my ROM
We will have a Base ROM that will have all the Stuff in it that includes all my hacks i.e a all in one package which will be normally themed/with little bit of eye candy.
Then we will have themes that will be specifically based on my ROM so that you guys will get the best out of the ROM.
Also you as the user will have the freedom to choose what type of theme you require.
I have more plans in the future and i will keep all of you posted on that.

FAQ
Definitions:
- DK = Dark Knight (just a name for the Edition)
- CWM = ClockworkMod Recovery (mostly used to install new ROMs)
- SGS2 / GS2 = Samsung Galaxy SII
- lagfix = makes your Galaxy S fly!
- Firmware = Base System of our Galaxy S II (provided by Samsung)
- Circle Battery Mod = shows your battery in 1% steps
- FC = Force Close (Crash of an App / Component)
- BLN = Backlight Notifications

Q:What is odex/deodex?
A:
Odex:
Every android application comes with the extention '.apk'. Packaged with every apk is a .odex file which contains parts of the application which helps speed up the boot process and preloads it.
an odex file is an optimized version of a classes.dex file that has optimizations that are device specific. In particular, an odex file has dependencies on every "BOOTCLASSPATH" file that is loaded when it is generated. The odex file is only valid when used with these exact BOOTCLASSPATH files. dalvik enforces this by storing a checksum of each file that the odex file is dependent on, and ensuring that the checksum for each file matches when the odex file is loaded.

Deodex:
Deodexing is a way of repackaging the apk such that it is reassembled into the classes.dex file. Everything is put together in one place, and this is helpful because it eliminates any chances of a modified apk conflicting with other odexed parts.
to deodex a file using baksmali, it has to load every BOOTCLASSPATH file that the odex depends on. By default, baksmali will try to find the 5 "core" BOOTCLASSPATH files in the current directory. It can use either a jar/apk (with a classes.dex inside), or an odex file

So to sum up everything, a .dex file contains the cache used by Dalvik VM during boot and this .dex file is located inside the application. On the other hand, .odex file is an optimized version of the same .dex file but it is located outside the application.
What do I lose/gain using odex/deodexed ROM?
The upper hand deodexed rom has over odexed is integration. Every ROM maker loves deodexing the rom because of two main reasons:
Modification of apk becomes easier
ROM is open to theme modifications
So, as an end used, you would most likely want to have a deodexed version of a ROM to take full advantage of android freedom. However, note that you won't lose out on performance in an odexed ROM.
Q)Which Theme to flash or will this theme work
A: Any theme that is built for XXKH3 Deodexed is flashable with the ROM.
But the only Downfall to this is that you will end up loosing a few features like Jkay Themes app!!
Now the Themes that dev the Themes at Checkrom.com or our official themes dev's who make themes for us make there respective themes over CheckROM so when u flash there themes you don't lose any features
Q: How this ROM is different from others ?
A: This ROM is heavily modded with a custom theme, features, apps etc and also has my personal tweaks and improvements.
Q: I'm coming from a different ROM so which version should i choose wipe or non-wipe ?
A: Choose the Wipe Version.
Q: What is the difference between wipe and non-wipe version ?
A: Wipe version will delete all your apps and settings whereas non-wipe version will not delete your app or settings.

A: Completely wipe your internal SD Card or delete any Android related stuff from it and disable any lagfix. Then do a full wipe from ClockworkMod recovery then install the wipe version of my ROM.
Q: After Installing your ROM I'm getting bootloops/boot issues?
A: Do the following steps:
Take out the battery
Put the battery back in
Get into Recovery
Wipe Everything
Flash my ROM
Done!

Some people on this forum know about RAM on Xperia X8 very small and no more than 256mb.. and some people know about V6 SuperCharger for increase RAM on your lovely device. So now i'll be explain how to that. Before it, i hope other people on this thread give a thanks to developers of V6 Supercharger.

- First, you need V6Superchargerxxxx.txt download from here and put to your root sdcard
- Run V6SuperChargerxxxx.txt with script manager download from here and install it now.
- For run V6SuperChargerxxxx.txt you must run as root (tick a skull icon).
- Set your scrolling speed.. example enter the value as "0" for script run fast
- After it enter the value as "10" and enter the slot like this :
slot 1 : 6
slot 2 : 18
slot 3 : 5
slot 4 : 50
slot 5 : 60
slot 6 : 70
- And now you must choose 16 for reboot your phone.

I recommend using naa 14, why? because if you use alfs 8a cm7 if for some reason the old worn rom this will be an error on the portable hotspot.

N O T E :
- Removed panorama options on legacy camera (thanks to gandhar) because panorama still not work (use panorama app non official / play store or u can get it on my ADDONS)
- Radio (follow the step below) :
*if u want to open radio,
turn on bluetooth->plug headphone->radio
*if u want to exit radio
exit radio->unplug headphone->turn off bluetooth
*if u unplug headphone while on radio or turn off bluetooth before unplug headphone so,
radio will not work and will work again on next reboot.
Below is error that happen if you forget to flash dev files above, but i still keep this below step for anyones that not only in this rom if got some problems like this hope it usefull
F.A.Q :
- For some devices who got problem with accelerometer (not inverted camera only), see on attached files below (pls tell me if still inverted )
- If u got only camera inverted, go HERE
- If u got phone is stopped, pls insert your simcard
- If u want to ACTIVE DEVELOPER SETTING, you have to tap the "build number" 7 times continuously under the "About Phone" settings to activate development settings. (thanks for achinthyah)
- If Dual Speaker wont work on your coconut go HERE
- If u have root problem with lupusv8 go HERE
- For chinese user, here the chinese input text HERE
- Keyboard Xperia tm (For Fix some keyboard issue and Zu keyboard theme. Install it FIRST)

Flashed, everything looks perfectly except phone doesn`t function, gives the process.com android has stopped
All good but when I long press the accuweather wigdet to move it I got touchwiz gers the has stopped message then restarts

Phone and Accuweather widget work perfectly well .. Did a full wipe then installed
Its quite stable and no issues in past 3-4 hours ...
It seems snappy too
Hi this ROM looks really good! slickest classiest looking ROM i've seen yet for the note 10.1 so far
I don't think this question was answered, but is this compatible for P600?

1. Did you do a Full Wipe of your DATA ?
2. Was Stock ROM Installed Before You Flashed my ROM
3. Errors on Not Working Phone -- Try flashing Modem.bin and cache.img
4. Accuweather Widget - Clear Data of TouchWiz Launcher...
can you Provide me logcat for these force closes.. ?
Edit - I Flashed the Rom and tested myself, I found NO issues on Phone or Accuweather..

No changes are made in notification panel.. it is as it is...
Well, It's based on a stock rom including all samsung's stuff - but modified and still contains the stock samsung stuff .. So could we call it a Custom-stock-ROM.
No, plans for Kernel for now..

For now, This Rom is Only for SM-P601.. I'm planning to add support for SM-P600 in future..
Although it works fine for the p600. Just have to disable the phone stuff

Hmm. I will look into it.. can you provide logcat. file. ?
You can use your old phone & contacts app for time being..that came with stock P601..
And , a bug has been confirmed while trying to move the accuweather widget after adding it to homescreen..

Last night flashing i didn`t install stock rom prior to installing your rom & with data wipe still had the phone issue.
Today even with installing stock rom , issue still persists, only the revert zip file solved the issue.
Hope you can resolve this issue soon,
Love the look & feel of your rom ( especially the contacts & phone from Tab S ) that I am sure will be resolved soon.
The accuweather widget press bug still excists for the p600 version. Touchwiz also crashes when I press the downloaded apps button in the app drawer. Anybody else get this?
