I ran across this in the PPC geeks Forum. He modified the back cover to incorporate a 32GB SD (read: not MicroSD) card, which have much quicker read/write capabilities. That alone is pretty cool, IMHO.
What interests me more is the fact that there are a bunch of 64GB cards, and even a few 128GB cards out there, and the prices on these drop all the time.
Can you imagine having 128GB to use for data? Or is that something we really do need for the EVO3D,(what with the size of 3D movies, pictures, custom roms, and these huge Nandroid files? It'd be nice to have a copy of EVERY Custom Rom for the 3D ALWAYS at your disposal..(Lol) I wonder if I'd ever get anything done...
Seriously, though:
I'm definitely gonna take a look at this.
What'dya think?

Current price as of posting is:
Our Price £47.49
£55.81 inc VAT
Delivery is about £2.99 in the Uk
Alternatively, your local jessops store stocks an equivalent Sandisk one, and they will do pricematching. Just march in like I did with your xda showing the page. or a printout done on the day (pricing really is that volatile!) Word of advice, the actual product page doesnt seem to appear on the pocket PC... show them the "all products in category listing" sort by price.

Lets hope that 512meg/1 gig ones start getting to be affordable!
i got my sandisk one from ebay for £55 delivered buy it now

Time to petition them to make one for the best phone ever!
I'd be willing to pay in excess of $100 for that! (AUD)
Post you comments and / or email your interest.
The Touch HD is almost identical size to the 3G iPhone so perhaps they may produce one for us too.
Don't bother putting a xenon on one of the worst camera phones aka iPhone.
3. Is it available now? Where can I get it?
Snapture Flash is still a prototype, and Snapture Labs is actively seeking manufacturing partners to bring it to market. We are taking pre-orders now, you can sign up today and we will reserve one for you.
Looks like you may have a long wait as they haven't even made one yet !!

How much ram does this ACTUALLY have?

Ok so everyone says this phone has 1gb of RAM but when you open the task manager app it only displays 680mb so wtf? Haha does this phone really have 1gb or only 680mb? It would be a bummer not to have the full 1gb :/
Anyway leave thoughts below
Edit: look at the attached photo and view the top graph, that is the ram, add up the used and unused and you get 680mb so where is the other 320mb that this phone is supposed to have?

This is failrly common with any device and memory..
Wish the phone had a lil more memory but it may be overkill at the moment.. Hopefully the gs3 started the 2gb trend so next versions of os will start to take advantage

Up to 200GB Micro SD or not...

Looks like up to 256GB for me. Took my wife's free Note 7 gift and used it for myself ?
Anyone else test out a higher capacity Micro SD to see if it would work?

damn. Nice
afaik @albertobom also uses a 256GB card - so: confirmed,
ymmv
I'm using it and works great on stock rom. I'm having a hard time to make it work on aosp rom. But on stock everything is fine. No issues of any kind for me.
200GB and 256GB tested no problems
it's never really a hard limit...so if somethign supports SDXC it will usually support up to 2TB if it ever existed.
Yeah why not

Only showing 16gb of storage?

Hi All
I've just purchased two Mi Pad 4's for my daughters which arrived unlocked with a multi language ROM (shipped to the UK from France via Aliexpress) but one of the two devices is only showing 16Gb of internal storage rather than 64Gb.
I assume this is some kind of formatting issue when the ROM was put on the device because as far as I'm aware Xiaomi don't make a 16Gb variant of this device, plus the box and sticker on the back of the device all say 64Gb exactly like the other device that's showing correct storage.
So how do I sort this out, anything I can do with it as-is or does it need wiping and a new ROM flashing on?
cheers

Well if it helps anyone else it did need re-flashing and that's fixed it.
