INSTRUCTIONS:
Flash rom by recovery or rom manager
- Make sure you're running a rooted device.
- Download and push the ROM zip file to the sdcard
- Root your device and install ClockworkMod Recovery
- Reboot into recovery.
- Do a Nandroid backup!
- WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition) - do it for real.
- Install the ROM from internal sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery
Note
- Volume Up + Home + Power brings your Phone into Recovery Mode.
- Volume up: Highlight up
- Volume down: Highlight down
- Home: select
- Power: back

I am closing this thread for the following reasons:
A. This is primarily a themed ROM, and not original development. This should have been released in Android Development rather than Original Android Development, or in a perfect world, as a theme rather than a ROM.
B. Root Explorer is a paid app. Distributing it for free is warez.
