CM7 upon stock 2.3.3 - XPERIA X10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I use for a long period CM6 with android 2.1 and I was very proud to show my friends that I can activate/deactivate WiFi, BT, GPS, etc, etc in the notification bar.
Now I use the prerooted 2.3.3 and I am obliged to use "Parameter->etc etc".
So my question is : Is there anybody in the CM team which is able to make just a little package to add this in a stock 2.3.3 ?
Thanks
NB: I have tried to install cmpart.apk from 2.1 on 2.3.3, but without succes...

If what you want is power control (wifi, bluetooth, gps, etc) on/off thing in your notification bar, the wigetsoid app should do the trick... just create a wiget with what you want on it then go to advance and check the box next to NOTIFICATION then select apply and you should have that wiget on your notification bar

thanks, I try this

After a lot of test, widgetsoid don't make exactly the same.
But it's a very nice app.
On my phone, when I open the notification bar, I can see the widget but when I touch an icon this open a windows on my home with a truncated widget in it...
I try a lot of differents setting wihout succes, so I create a regular 5x1 widget on the top of the third home screen....
Better than nothing....

@OP
u can try this app:

[Q] reverted to stock, I'm missing some features from MiniCM: how to port them?

I liked MiniCM very much, but I can't find a way to increase battery life with that wonderful rom (I tried every trick I found), so I reverted back to stock and modded it a little bit to fit my needs.
I'm really missing two features of MiniCM, and I'd like to know if it could be possible to easily implement them on the stock rom:
1- in the lockscreen I'd like to switch to vibrate mode instead of silent mode
2- I'd like to have all those handy statusbar switches like the ones in MiniCM (to toggle wi-fi, airplane mode, torch, etc.)
Any suggestion?
1. u can use Widget Locker app
2. easy status bar, u can use widgetsoid
both of them is a paid app.. so i can't share them.. sorry.. but u can buy them through market..
Thank you, I found widgetsoid on the market and tried it: it's really nice, but I can't click on the widget if it's put on the status bar, like in MiniCM. Anyway, I've configured a nice home widget with it and I'm happy, althought I'd prefer to have a status bar clickable widget, like the one I used in MiniCM.
Widget Locker is too much for my needs: I just want to slide the "sound" slider (or whatever it's called) in the stock lock screen and switch between sound and vibration, instead of switching between sound and silence: is there a way to do it?

[Q] Pull down Notification power Widget mod

I just wondering if you anyone know how to add power Widget to Pull down Notification like you see CyanogenMod or touch wiz with galaxy?
I am rooted but not running any rom on my photon...
I've went round and round trying to find an app or mod that does this best. I ended up settling with an app called power control plus. The options arnt truly embedded into taskbar, but instead is just a constantly appearing notification widget in your drop down. It is a paid app, and the 4g toggle currently doesnt work for the photon but hey, it does the job and is pretty well customizable.
I've been using Notification Toggle from the Market which is made by one here on XDA. Has worked pretty good for me. Can even add a shortcut for apps, change icons, colors, etc.

[Q] Change Ring toggle icons

Hey guys~
So, I personally don't like the slide toggle in Widgetlocker, so I decided to just get a separate widget that is a button toggle (Silent Toggle) and put it on my lockscreen. Problem is, I don't like the icons >_<
Any way to change the icons? I can't seem to find where the widget was downloaded onto my A2
Also if you have any nice toggle icons, that would be great too
I'm going with a mainly black and white transparent theme and the only icons I could find right now are the ones used it this theme
Thanks^^
If you could also help me with this problem, it would be nice~
Whenever I try to make a shortcut in Launcher Pro for a specific email account that uses the stock email app, the shortcut goes on the homescreen and not the dock. Sometimes it even says that the homescreen has to force close! Any reason for this?
bumpidy bump
Any help appreciated^^

[app] Notification Toggle; power controls & more

I've been looking for a way to have power controls in the notification (slide/pull down thingy?) the SGS2 way.
An app, free on gplay, called Notification Toggle, NT, by a dev J4velin did the trick; I am using it and it's great.
Not only does it let you select from a variety of toggles, but it also offers to include shortcuts up there. Some toggles (Gps) require that you set it as a system app, thus require root, but most of the power controls don't. And you can also customize the toggle icons and such.
Naturally, it has to be running in the background and it's got a footprint of 8+ mb.
I notice some devs on this forum have come up with a flashable mod for that as well. But as I think it's only for deodexed ROMs. Anyways, it's always nice to have more options.
in my opinion widgetsoid its perfect - but pooup is terrible;/
so i us for few weeks notification toggle and icons from widgetsoid
It sounds like this, which we already have:

edit: re-read and understood that OP is trying to introduce this app that works the same way without flashing.

Notification Toggle give me only 2 toggles, is there a way to select more options?
Or is this only via the payed app?
think I know what you mean
When you go to the next view in the app, the one titled Notifications, tick the "1st notification" and then LONG PRESS on it. This will allow you to SELECt the TOGGLES that the FIRST ARRAY OF Buttons in the NOTIFICATION tray will host.
I hope that helped
Merci!

Replacement for Notification Bar ?

The notification bar is horrible, i like the stock android one where i can turn off wifi/bluetooth etc - i downloaded an app that tries to emulate these things but its not the real deal.
I already use a custom launcher -how can i replace the notification bar ?

I think root with xposed framework will do. But I dont touch that, because I always semibricked phones with it.
Personally, I only miss the brightness in there. Mine is clean showing only the clock and my push notifications. The stock multitasking feature is full of the Features you want in the notification bar and also customizable. I like the idea as the multitask switching itself on the most roms is very "empty". Just your windows and thats it. In EUI its like a "quickbar"
