Quicksense 1.5.1 with Tango Skin theme
I like the Sense 3.0 themes from the market. I also use Widget Lock.

Well you should start by looking in the evo 4g development thread. But anyway I'm running the new warm twopointthree sense 3.5 rom and it is amazing, you should look into it

I know of a dev that got it booting for our phone but from what I know not much works yet and there really is no big difference but I think we need sense 5!

You have to search and find one that works for you. Suggestions I would give you to try are. SpeedROM, and EnergyROM

I've tried a few my two favorites are speed Rom and fourth bar infusion... Ones sense with aosp apps and the others a sense based aosp themed with aosp apps
