hi i have huawei u8500 and i want to install slax cm7 port

dev has upload .7z file and from extraction of that file i can see many img and bat files?
I think this file surely cannot be flashed from recovery so any one confirm me how to flash this.

Downloaded the zip file (viper rom) again and I can transfer that file to my phone. Sometimes the solution is just that easy...

i just built custom kernel for my device. but i have this problems. on stock kernel, i can see list of folder in file explorer on ADT but when i use custom kernel i cant see anything. FIle explorer is blank. could anyone please help me ? thanks in advance.

I have made a custom bootanimation and I can install it manually, but I want to make a flashable zip so it's easy for other users.
I have tried a few things, but twrp give an error of incorrect zip file.
Can someone explain me how to make the zip?

I downloaded a firmware for huawei dub-lx3, which is installed by fastboot but I don't know what commands to use to install since it brings files with ext .mbn, .dat and .img
With what commands can I install this rom.
the other thing is that the files they have in the name crc is only 1kb I don't know what to do with these files
