Rom installed....feedback coming soon ^^...no issues for now...except the crt effect look messed up
Edit: im going to bed....i wanted to set the alarm because im working in few hours... but unfortunately im getting a fc everytime i want to set it...i deleted the app cache...but fc are still present.

Temporary solution that I use:
1. Patch your deodexed rom with madmack patch found here. This will patch the framework so you can display arabic within Facebook and Twitter.
2. Go "Market" and download "Opera Mini" set it up as your default browser.
3. Download and install the email client K9Mail Arabic version 3.709 created by Aziz Huss from here
You can basically setup all your email accounts with it (gmail, hotmail, etc)
I sent a request to madmack to patch the file libwebcore.so which is required to display arabic within the stock browser, mail and gmail clients, but have not received any response yet.
Thank you Alammori for sharing the temp fix, that is a great info.
I have tried the email and if fixed 90% of my issues. it is a great solution till we get a rom that will fully support arabic.

DC13 ( ti-X rom creator ) tried to wrap the arabic framework from CM7 and i was trying with him... didnt work... it just changed the fonts to a smoother fonts than the google ones... but still nothing.. am waiting on him... hope we find something.. but at least we have facebook .... opera is useless..lol..
we are working on it.. hope things workout.. i still dont understand why google is doing this... though the tablets running 3.0 honeycomp already have full arabic support... we will try to take the framework from there.. but alot of issues....
I want to thank everyone that replied to this thread and everyone that is is working on this issue. I am just learning about how these roms are working. It seems that google changes the location and the file that is suppose to handle language support.
is it the fonts in the framework that need to be worked on, or is it file libwebcore.so that need to be modified?

well, i didn't try it, i can't read arabic, i can only speak it(born n raised in the USofA), so this is not useful to me... i was just saying thanks (in arabic with english letters ) for trying to bring a fix... i'm sure once some of my relatives get the 3D i will be trying this for them

Here is what I find so far, I have tried 2 roms so far (sensless1.1 and viperrom) but when I apply the patch from the recovery menu then reboot. The phone get stuck on the first htc white screen, and I will have to remove the battery and flash a fresh rom to get passed it.
Is there a recommended rom that this patch was made for?

here is what happened ...i removed the android runtime then flashed the arabic patch ...the phone is not getting to the home screen ..it keeps loading but nothing but it getts to the lock screen ...i went to my email from the lock screen and the arabic works fine but the thing is still can get to use the phone only to the shortcuts of the lock screen ...any ideas ?

Actually the 5.0 can supposedly run 4.0 roms (some of them anyway). There are just some issues with things like auto-rotation and the camera. But, if you don't want a brick, it would be wise to avoid flashing stuff for the 4.0.

lol...im sry. Im a total noob and its the first ROM port i've ever done, and some others were asking if it was for the 5.0 also. So i thought I would give it to them. But yea you are right! What android user in his right mind would want an ios themed ROM? But then again it would be nice for an ios user that just switched to android!
Ok here's the build for the SGP 5.0 US (I havent tried any other versions). Its the original port and i havent had time to work on it much, so there are a few bugs. I wouldn't recommend using this for every day use until the bugs are worked out.
Known Issues:
No boot animation
Camera preview is jumbled up in video mode (might be camera apk) still pics are fine
CWM(don't boot into it unless you plan to flash a different ROM! Because you wont get out)
EDIT: I dont have time to test it right now, but i think CWM might be ok. After i went back to stock I still had the problem, so I would recommend flashing entropy's kernel if it gives you any trouble. The link is below.

Unable to receive messages (had to install go sms)
When attending a call using the headset button, call goes to mute, have to press the mute button twice to fix it. (repeats every time)
Wifi is not working (doesn't scan for networks)
Unable to tether with usb
WiFi hot spot not working

I flashed the new zip, now working fine dialogs , but lock screen when ripple effect + ink effect are enabled is buged now (the screen becomes white, but unlock succsesfully the phone)

Sorry guys its taking a little longer. It wont be much longer now. Been trying all file sharing sites. Dropbox is no longer free, mediafire.com has a server problem and 4shared stops at 50%, dev host has a server issue. Google drive wont support zip files for some reason, im hanging on to mega at the moment. Wont be long.

A reboot should fix it. Depends on what apps you run in the background. I noticed lag when using Facebook or updating apps in the play store.
If you want you can overclock the kernel using S Tweaks. Overclocking the kernel should boost the performance.

on closely using your ROM I think its just a copy of the NIII series by @rrgrrg with tweaked build prop and in that too only the build number!
there is nothing wrong in using other's work...just give credits!

no problem im calm,, when i do a new rom i give credit to every single dev who made a mod in my rom as rules are rules , and also i dont see ANY new improvements over my last rom

I removed lidroid settings and hover controls which was causing your rom to randomly reboot into a bootloop. I added s4s wallpaper chooser and removed the note 3 wallpaper chooser as it was force closing at times. I added some Samsung apps and scould relay sync to build the s4 stock experience. I also added s4s full media sounds audio, notifications, ringtones and alarms including flare Lockscreen sound.

You cannot take other users work without their permission, even if you give credits. This is very much against XDA rules..
