Install 'HeLauncher' from the market. It has a Sense look-alike dock. You can install 'Launcher Pro' and download the thousands of custom docks available for it.
How do u get docks for launcher pro?

It's not possible unless you have a sense framework... doesn't work with AOSP or anyother android UI's sorry.

you can try getting launcher pro plus, it comes with friendstream like widgets, that are identical in nature (with out the sync function though)
You could also try colorize widget, I have it and it's very very similar to the friendstream app

Impossible to be ported due hardware limitations. This means, you won't find it. :-/
Also, honeycomb is for large screen phones and tablets. Use GingerBread instead. ;-)
Or maybe a custom ROM with HoneyComp theme...

you can't add lockscreen with LP there is another paid available on the market called WidgetLocker and themes for LP same place MARKET
