I have used market enabler, i have USA VPN but whenever i try to download i have no luck. do tell me how to do it. please

I am trying to install FlexT9 on my Galaxy S2. Sadly this application is not available for installation in India. I tried to purchase it from the market but it is not possible. I have used the Market Unlocker application to unlock my device but that is not helping me as i would have to purchase the Market Unlocker application which again is not letting me purchase. Could someone please suggest how i can have FlexT9 on my Indian Galaxy S2.

I got in hands a Samsung SCH-I939D in China (where I live). Of course the Android version in it is a chinese Android with all kind of app sI don't want, no market, no google apps ect...
I looked on the forum for some info about this phone but the search engine didn't give me any relevant result.
Main question : Is it possible to find any custom Rom or at least non chinese rom possible to install on this phone?
Second question : Has anyone tried to hack this phone and is it possible to install google apps, root the phone or anything?
I have some intermediate knowledge about android (rooted, installed custom roms, unlocked... several android phones)

help for galaxy S3 duos SCH I939D
I have samsung galaxy S3 duos (SCH I939D) , It is not launched in India. samsung has made it for China & Russia. Mine is fron China. The problen with the phone is that PLAY STORE is not running and phone is not receiving 3G network. And even there is not any option to change network mode to WCDMA. Can rooting or flashing solve my problem ?
And also somethings are in chinese language which cant be removed or deleted by me. As there are not any option to delete those chinese things. Can I delete them also. The OS of my mobile can be changed to English version ?

I wish to download an apk file from a website. However, it says I can only access the webpage in the Japan region using android browser.
May I ask is there any solution to this? I am not consider rooting my phone because some of my apps can't run on a rooted phone.

I just get google now to work when I got my GS4 out of the box ! after 1st update it says not available in TUnisia ! Even when am switched to htc one it still the same ! I know it's not supported in all countries but it used to work just fine is there any hack or trick to use google now in all countries ? My phone language is English US , I even tried some location fake apps with no luck !
