Clearly you did note see this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1244376

no i did nt...:|
my bad

The galaxy note is mid size device neither a phone nor a tablet much more like streak.

and there is the official video too
http://youtu.be/bfMmMrUwRnI

Meh. It's got that horrible physical home button.
I'd rather wait in a few months when Ice Cream Sandwich comes out with the following features:
no physical front facing buttons
edge-to-edge display
LTE
NFC
then I'll dump my Galaxy S II.

Please let this thread die and use the other one!

lol
is there a way for cremation of thread?

As in app developers, probably to get more into their market. Usually no one is too quick to help with actually getting AOSP and newer kernels working
I actually filled it out tho i am not -currently- working on an app,
the one thing that i saw that MAY look interesting is,, they were asking about ICS development. so maybe the tablet will get updated to ics over the next 6 months or so, probably when they introduce the nook tablet "2" with updated spec since the Google Nexus is supposedly due out at the end of july running Jellybean (android 4.1) with comparable specs to the current nook tablet & at ...the same price.

Pretty sure I wasted my money my stupid note..

I literally bought a new note, only because it had the screen I wanted over the galaxy SIII because android 4.1 SAID IT SUPPORTED USB AUDIO...CM10 has been out for the note for MONTHS and we STILL DONT HAVE USB AUDIO
But the galaxy SIII has USB audio work perfectly fine..WTF
So, you bought a phone but are mad it doesn't have the features of another phone that is newer, that is on a more recent version of an OS and its the phones fault that "you wasted money"??
Sounds like you should have done more research..

Well I am pretty sure if you feel this way, then take measures to replace your device, posting will not address your issues/wants and or requirements. Additionally homework on your end would help in your quest.
Thank You and....

[Q] help with fake galaxy siii

Hi guys, a guy wants to sell his galaxy siii "made in vietnam" and it says it's totally original, and the price is a bargain, but i'm not sure if it's the original siii or if it's a clone
i attach pictures for you to see
what i have seen is that the base band: MAU.11.AMD.W11.50.SP is used always on clone phones and couldn't find a single samsung with this one on google, so i think it's fake, but you may tell me, maybe the vietnamese version uses this one.

This is so fake it's not even funny
It's fake. Don't even think of buying it.
This is the real back of the s3
MAU.11.AMD.W11.50.SP
Stands for Chinese clone not a Samsung SGS 3 .
jje
I mean, it says it's rated for a 2100 mA current. They can't even differentiate capacity from the current
thanks guys, you saved me for buying this one !
don't forget about the thanks button

Samsung Zeq 9000 is the first Tisen OS smartphone?
Specifications:
- 4.8-inch 720p

- dual-SIM & Single-SIM
Thats all the information available.
My opinion: The interface looks nice, especially the notification bar.

Nobody knows outside Samsung R&D...
Because since few years/months they are really funny with rumours...
Maybe MWC 2014 next month... february...
Because:
Z9005, I8800, I8805 etc... all never seen in real world... only in top secret Samung laboratories...

This is what MWC 2014 public shows...
But I have no idea, if Video shows variant of SM-Z9005...
Hmm...
Zeq 9000... looks similar...
Hmm
SM-Z9000
Again more rumours... no release dates.
Best Regards

Gear Fit Software Update (Vertical Orientation)

Looks like the Gear Fit has gotten a software update for vertical orientation. :good:
I know a lot of people have been complaining about this and it looks like Samsung has quickly addressed the issue.
The lady who developed the software for the Gear Fit was at the Samsung Unpacked event in February and she said they were working on it.
These pictures were taken in a Korean Samsung Store last week: (Credit: yongjae89 @ The Verge forums for taking these)

Does upgrade automatically gives you vertical support.
Funny thing is I do not like it, I find the horizontal orientation more natural.
Would be good if they would allow smaller fonts in the vertical mode to have clock in one row and read better the notifications.
