Is there any possible way to get the Cyanogenmod lock screen (the sliding one) running on Samsung Galaxy S II without having to use widgetsoid, had to many problems with that. Im using Darkyrom2, coming from alot of cyanogen based roms so its really missed.

Hello everyone.
Has anyone tried to do the "oh-so-cool" CRT TV shut down effect on sleep on the Galaxy Ace with Gingerbread as well as the icons on the notification bar as the Nexus S?
I have seen a few topics on how to do it on the Galaxy S so I expect it to be possible on our phone as well so I would like to know if there's anyway to get it on our Ace.

Hi, I am new to Android. I bought Galaxy S2 y'day. when the phone is locked, i have a wallpaper(image) and i have slide to unlock it.
In the other android phones in the stores i have seen a lock screen with slider (like the iPhone one) How can i get them?
Also where can i find good themes for Galaxy S II?

The S2 has Samsungs own lockscreen instead of the default android one (The slider). Give it time and someone will probably port it. Also the 'Themes and Apps' sub-forum might be a good start for some themes
You can get using widgetlocker. You have to pay for it but it is way better than the default lockscreen

I've seen the galaxy note has the rotation animation but gs2 doesn't have.
So I may want to ask if the developers here can help me to port the animation,

Does anyone know if i can get the stock keypad from the i9000 or i9100 on to the S3?
I use the stock Samsung Keypad 3X4, but the one on the S3 is nasty, really miss the T9 button. hate having to keep going into the setting to turn it on and off.
I've used a few alternatives like perfect keyboard pro etc.. they were close, but just not the same.
I've tried porting the stock samsung keyboard (AxT9IME) but it wont open, someone on XDA posted a so called fixed version for the Galaxy Y, porting it using root explorer and changing permitions etc... I tried this but it would open for a second before crashing.

I've flashed Galaxy s5 mini Rom lately on my nice International samsung galaxy s3 and actually this rom is more than amazing..but I've been complaining about the very high Ram usage because of the animated ink bubbles in lock screen..and it lags a lot and I don't prefer the NoN lock screen type
so can I have Galaxy s5's latest lock screen?
or at least the light effect of samsung galaxy s4

For light effect you can flash arsaw's mod from themes and apps section..
For bubble lock screen there is an app called galaxy lock screen in play store..

thanks for commenting..acctually i've upgraded to version 9 of s5 mini rom and there..there are 6 different lock screens one of them is s5's lock screen
