just grabbed mine myself LOL....****, just noticed my phone didnt charged over night while on my dock....dave u running Hyperlite?
I ran it over night and had real problems charging it and getting into recovery. After the millionth time trying to get into recovery (every method known to man) I luckily got in and haven't looked back since. If I bricked my $500 phone, my wife might make me eat it for a new one lol.

I'm not sure. But this is the MOST alpha (or is it beta? ) rom I've ever played around with. Seems like its fine for most but not getting into recovery yesterday scared the **** out of me.

Interesting, when I had it loaded. I got in and out of the recovery fine. I had to go back to something else though. Too many weird bugs.

yeah i havent had any trouble with getting into recovery, but it didnt even friggen charge over night on my dock LOL...whata pain int he ass....it still runs good tho. pretty damn fast....im pretty nervous about trashing my phone too tho, and then have to deal with the new Hboot fiasco and such

Yeah alpha release sometime during weekend hopefully a smooth alpha with most working we know he has 3d , audio and I'm assuming since sensation guys have video playback we will but lets see for now I'm enjoying hyperlite

I am sure I have read posts re Alien and theme not working but cant find them.
Alien works great for me except that I cant get the theme to install (launch). Actually I run the installer form CWM and finishes OK (last version of CWM). I go by the rules. Unlocked, rooted, depeleated battery and recharging 100 %, install Alien, and reboot before the install the theme, clear data/factory defaults before starting everithing, use the Wipe Installer.... what else.. what can I do.. upon installing and rebooting it goes to the HOME launcher, not even the stock Gingerblur, so I have to get rid of that pice of crap
I swithed to Alien from Ronaldo´s ROM, wich is very straightforward and based on Kenn´s and also uses Alien script installer, so I don't have the slightest idea as to what I am doing wrong, missing, or if I am through a bug,
I would appreciate some good soul to help me.

meaning what you're asking for is old, no longer supported. meaning no one is maintaining it. its a gb based thing. most ppl have moved to ics/jb since its getting closer and closer to being stable. cut your losses and move on in this case means give up on it and find something else. not trying to boss you around with that statement, just saying it as it is

Well im trying unnamed first. Been using it since last night, Im loving it so far its been unplugged for 21hrs and 5mins and im at 57% battery!
have to work in a couple hours so finally decided to charge my gs2. great battery life! unplugged for 31hrs and still had 32%

I tried to check for any updates (ICS? ) and got a reply back saying I could try again in 23H 55m. What does this mean? Anyone???
My guess is ATT is annoyed people keep checking for ICS that they started tracking us. OR it means ICS is coming .......LOL.

Nothing new. Their update method has always only allowed you to check it once per 24 hours. However, there's a way to force it as many times as you want; I forget how (Google it with "XDA" behind your search terms). The question is though, why you would want to update via AT&T. There'd be more than an unlikely chance of getting some mangled BS. I will never understand those who prefer official updates; at most, you should be excited that our guys can get their hands on it, as opposed to installing it.

I used to, on gingerbread when it was superior to aosp. Changing next to nothing when updating it for ics was a mistake.

I'm waiting on AT&Ts ICS so a dev can get ahold of it. I can't go back to stock, way too much bloat. Not a huge fan of the i9100 ports either so I'm just waiting on AT&T.

It's Gummy for the 4G LTE, built from kushdeck's device and vendor tree and the latest TeamGummy sources. I can not guarantee anything, as I do NOT have an EVO 4G LTE and I will not get one until I get my allowance of approximately $250USD by the end of June.

Quick download and install. Too bad I can't see or read anything. Everything is distorted. It like trying to watch a ppv as a kid with the scrambler on to catch a glimpse. All I see is horizontal scrambler running across my screen. Try tapping the screen and got some confirmation but it doesn't look like it working yet. Good luck on the build. Looking forward to your ROM coming from an OG Evo.

Battery life is smokin!!!!
Its literally amazing. 4+ hrs screen on time, I've even gotten 5+hrs (but that day I plugged into PC twice for just a couple minutes to transfer files). But you get a full day easy. In fact, I'm kind of afraid to even mess with anything and break it.
Glad to see you coming, bro. You'll be a huge asset to the community, just as you are now to the Evo 4g community. Late bloomer lol, but when you turned it on, you turned it on to "Max" 10+

Here's the logcat basically from the time the I could see the boot animation through to the when the phone is loaded. I tried tapping the screen a bunch of times and just got a blue highlight selection and then that was it. Hope this helps
