It won't come to T-Mobile, the FCC pass with the similar T-Mobile bands was for Rogers' Model.
So technically you can use it, just be ready to pay the full retail cost for importing.
I thought gsm 3d was outside America. The sensation on tmobile is almost the same but less RAM and better camera

Yeah the GSM will come to America, just not the U.S.

It won't be on Tmobile at least in the US. You will have to pay full price for a Canadian one and have it shipped.
I played with the Evo 3D and honestly I'm glad T-Mobile got the Sensation instead. The build is way sexier IMO

I don't like the back of the sensation looks too HD2 like... But that's my opinion
3D > iClone

Use my 3D with T-Mobile.

I just moved to Huntsville AL and my phone will not work in my house or at work. I am looking at switching to T-Mobile but I want to keep this phone.
How do I get T-Mobile to use this phone?

you can't have your cdma 3d on tmobile.. if u want tmobile get the comparable sensation.. or if u want to keep sprint and just need service in your home call them and get a free airrave its like a mini cell tower inside your home.
If you have the Sprint Evo 3D, then it won't work with T-Mobile as T-Mobile is a GSM network, unlike Sprint, which is a CDMA network.
You would need a GSM Evo 3D, like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-HTC-EVO...0713039770?pt=Cell_Phones&hash=item35b7919b9a
My Evo 3D (model number PG86300) would work with T-Mobile, as well as with T-Mobile 3G and T-Mobile 4G, but does not work with Sprint.
Can't use the airwave since I do not have internet. I use my phone for internet. I might have to sell it. I have the 3D and a EVO shift to sell. I have to wait for sprint to cancel me for roaming 100% of the time.

EVO 3d on VZW 50$ prepaid

I finally have real 3g its great

i'm smelling somethin fishy goin on here.....
It's possible. Someone was selling one in the marketplace. As far as the flashing progress.....or other activity used to make it activateable I'm not sure and its more than likely frowned upon by xda as well as the law. However, you can flash a Verizon prl to roam on their 3g but you do have a 300mb roaming limit before sprint starts sending nastygrams.

Its completely possible. I have used a droid x on sprint so i know it can go the other way. But its not even remotely legal.

It's leagal If you use prepaid "verizon" which is straight talk (cdma) and you own both of the phones....
Cloning a ESN from someone else's phone is illegal....
sent from a EVO 3D high on 4.0.3
It's legal just frowned upon by the providers
Is no diff than the tutorial in dev section about running metro on EVO3d
I agree. I checked and its only illegal if you don't own both phones.
But the carriers will flag them as fraud if both phones are working at the same time.

You cannot.
Straight talk runs on att network so you need a gsm 3d phone.
There is no way to flash cdma to anything but boost, cricket, maybe metro PCS.
The x515a evo 3d would be specific for att bands, x515m for USA T-Mobile bands.

I would also be interested in this. I just need to know what would need to be changed. Also, there are plenty of "paid" flashing services that use straight talk for the evo 3d. I also happen to own an active CDMA straight talk phone. Im using the crappy flip phone because I am uncertain what settings need to be migrated.
I have the msl # for my phone, so I can access the menus. I am not asking for instructions, just simply 'The PRL needs to be changed, etc. etc." maybe a quicklist ? I love my evo 3d. Help ?
I am also absolutely positive that my current straight talk phone is CDMA. Maybe they have access to a couple of diff. networks ?
If you are not comfortable putting this into a reply, PM me. I am uncertain what they are, but I know there are some boundaries.
I am also a fairly competent engineer, so there would not be any "hand holding" necessarily.
Using qpst it can access all secret programming of phone, there are about a dozen changes done with that program, then finding compatible prl, MSID #, usually ask your provider. It's like your phone number, but not, usually next area code over.
Pull up some YouTube vids, saw it IS possible. Odd cause str8talk in west is using Sims, anyways google always taught me, take guide for OG EVO, same process.

Nevell posted earlier in his thread that he flashed the evo shift to straight talk. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=27079247 should be close to the same for the 3d.
