At first i installed the normal version with SiyahKernel and i got a 5400 result on the AnTuTu benchmark.
After flashing the Lite version of yr Rom and with SiyahKernel i got a 5900 result and a 3596 score on the Quadrant Advanced benchmark.! I didn't use any overclocking or tweak.
There is one (no biggie) thing that bothers me: on the above combination of ROM and kernel i get an "aborted installation" when trying to flash the JkayDeluxeSettingsV11. Since it worked wonderful with the first Rom and i used in both cases the same kernel the only possible explanation is that the culprit is the Lite version.
Could you look into this one?

I personally have installed the JKay theme. I love it, and everything works fine !
The benchmarks, as long as you are leaving. The important thing is stability!

I created a new folder called tools and it is now stuck between 2 screens (between my home screen and the right one). i have no idea how i can get rid of it. i delete the folder but the icon is still there, between.

hey antoniomistrettA great rom btw looks good & all. there are somethings ive noticed when installing your rom vs others. my phone gets hot in the back and i lose signal out of no where. ill have to use another rom in the meanwhile but those are the issues i see..

This is my first experiment at bringing a new build over to the Touch2. I have also merged the Internet Explorer from build 28230 so you have the newest UI with the newer IE parts. This operator replacement rom has been on a diet since the 23541 build. I have replaced HTC task manager for ArcSwitch (for compatibility reasons) and added HTC Wifi Router. Otherwise this is as HTC/T-Mobile 1.33 without branding. Been running this on my handset since Wednesday and I've been fairly happy with it for everyday use.
Remember to set the device locale, time and align the screen post install. If you do not (the first two) Windows Marketplace will not work.
Usual disclaimer: This works for me and is offered with the best of intentions, but I am not responsible for any device damage or anything else as a result of using this rom.

I'd very much like to try this. I've been running the 1st version of your rom since it came out and it's great. I want to know, is the scrollbar in the dialler really gone like we see in the image? Cause that was among the few bugs the other rom had. Also, how about the volume animation thingy? With those sorted out, this would be the ultimate rom for our Touch2. If however these 'issues' are still present I wouldn't see much of a point in trading your other rom with this one

The main appeal of this one I feel is for the people that hated me adding extra apps / want the newest Windows build. The scrollbar in the dialer is gone, I removed it system wide as the majority of modern apps allow finger scrolling (can be switched on again in registry). I was not able to get a replacement dialer that was unskined. The audio animation is not resolved however.

Almost perfect, but just found a bug with this v2. It didn't happen on earlier version (Build 23541). I have a reader when view the menu and that white box stay there. It won't go off until reset or remove battery. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, and yet still have the same problem. I'm going back to build 23541. perhaps it's bug in the reader but never had this problem on all versions.

It's a feature of 6.5.5 themes - some have rounded buttons (the default) some square, others none. Search for 'Livven Gloss' themes, and try the theme editor to create a buttonless bar. You'll probably want to reduce the font size too - it's 1050px, but looks far nicer at 800px, the old size. You can use SKtools to change it.

This theme is a combination of two amazing themes:
Xtreme by Manny, and
Gingerbread Nexus S Edition by shivenjuneja
And thanks to shivenjuneja for the reboot button, battery percentage and the 'Theme Reference for Newbies' thread.
These two have made almost everything in this theme, so credit to them

I dont know how to make an installation for xRecovery, so you guys have to do it the manual way

You also need to copy the apps to '/system/app' and overwrite originals (REMEMBER PERMISSIONS), after that, and a reboot, you can insert the new icons in the dock.
I myself use Launcher Pro.

Thanks, I'm really enjoying it. I've always been interested in how sentence structure and grammer seems to be different in other languages, so that when it's translated, verbs and nouns look mixed up. Well at least from my perspective

I have been running the rom all day so far I have not had any issues and it is very smooth and fast. I did do a complete factory reset wipe 3 times with Clockworkmod Recovery before flashing this with Odin and so far it is working ok for me, I do use my own version of Swype keyboard instead of the default keyboard, maybe that is why I have not seen the keyboard issue.

Samsung Keyboard problem fixed.
We are using now , lastest orijinal Swype Keyboard for samsung ;
use root explorer ;
copy all my files into the system folders with the same logic.
/system/app/Swype.apk
/system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
Now you can change keyboard ;
Setting ---> Language and Keyboard ---> Select input method ---> Swype.
Finish. That's all.

That's odd, I've been running for a 2 days without any "spontainious reboots" did you wipe after install or before?

well with a name like the one the rom baker has, its not very likely i will be installing that on my phone. Besides, no details whatsoever...
Family and friends, I hereby recommend with full faith that this ROM is super stable and fast. I have tried all the ROMs available here for a "locked boatloader"
Even though am not a very heavy user but the battery back up is super.
Both Xloud and Xbravia are installed, which is great.
There are only two extra services running one is 'secure clock servicve' and 'Setup guide'. If anyone could tell me how to stop them forever.
The fonts on the rom are sleek. The reboot function is available/in-built too in the Power menu.
The only thing i miss is numbered battery icon, like in MIUI.
Rest is all fantastic. I highly recommend this. Good work, am loving it.

Yes you can, just back up first from xrecovery, like "smithinsundar' told you.
I tried, it simply freezes on boot animation, then I hear grugling in speakers that means conecting to the network... I tried to wait 5-10 minutes still nothing :/

can u explain how u flash this rom?frreezes?after flash if yes,pls pull your battery out for 30s then pull it back and power on your phone.the most important is u are on locked bootloader or unlocked bootloader?

This is basically my last work for Canvas Chd as i have moved to tab 2. I was not supposed to release this rom but as my dear friend @deeplyyoung requested me to do so I am releasing it. I already know there is already available jellybean based kitkat rom, but still i believe there should be an option to everything.
So without saying much lets head for features

INSTRUCTIONS :
For Kitkat ROM :
Reboot to recovery
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Goto Mounts & Storage -> Format /system
Wipe Cache
Goto Advanced -> Clead Dalvik Cache
Install zip from SD Card and Flash the ROM
Wait for it complete
REBOOT

Note : I have checked the rom twice and didnt find major bugs, Interested devs can take my rom as base to make this BEAST perfect masterpiece. I will not be continuing this rom, so anyone can take this rom to make it better and perfect.

bt does not work, although device gets discovered/paired.
settings-->display-->LEDindication-->Light Manager. how to remove this app?
any solution? anybody?
setting video call ringtone enables that ringtone for 2nd sim.

I guess this will help u in uninstalling LED indicator...
goto seetings > apps > den goto all > and search for this app and uninstall o u may disable it...
The above solution on clock is not working. Bluetooth is not pairing, clock is not working & Led indicator not working, otherwise good one.

Framework-res.apk is responsible for it and if u want to change background wallpapers, I guess u can do it via gravity box.

Downloading it right away. Does "OK GOOGLE" work in this?
Slightly less battery backup than most of the other roms around here. For some reason the background stays on if you select a popup, even in Play Store. Youtube constantly crashes on video load. I had some weird bug something was using the flash light, couldn't turn it off only with a system restart.
And that's it for now. I am reverting for another rom for now, please fix these.

Thanks for ur precious feedback. I already mentioned its a beta build. So maybe having small bugs. Devs already been informed to take this project.
I don't have any plans as for now. But if m back to Chd (maybe soon ) will fix these if another dev doesn't take this ROM.
