Would love to see live wallpapers. One of the main reasons i rooted my wildfire. Please somebody help.
i don't know if this can help..but i have installed them on my wildfire..with these 2 files

i have installed them normally with astro file manager..because via adb push in system/app i get the error of read only memory =)=)
and if i do "mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/mtdblock6 /system" is ok..but using adb push..and chancing mtdblock from 1 to 6..i allways get only 1 error..full memory
but..when i click on a live wallpaper..the application stops and i get an error..so they are there..but i can't use them..that's a shame!!!
I remember i had live wallpapers on my HTC Tattoo and that seemed okay, but that was on a custom ROM, so when a custom ROM comes for the HTC wildfire maybe it will good to go .

i have the tattoo too and live wallpapers..but..there's a hard root
i think that we need the hard root for wildfire..and without the NAND protection..maybe we can write in system/app..
or we can choose for a custom rom ihihih =)

I guess we will have to wait till a 'Hard Root' and custom ROMs.

Have you tried astro to force close it ?
Btw, live wallpapers will come to wildfire, just wait the full root for people to look on a solution We can already enable JIT and we'll soon be able to O/C, combined to the low resolution (qvga), live wallpapers should run flawless
its possible. someone "just" have to compare for example hero`s hacked framework and see what they added to make it work. it is in the framework. and the work can be done right now if someone does this. i could try the package when its done if recovery havent been released at that time.

you dont brick your phone when flashing packaged for roms. it the rom stops working flash it from the beginning.

ok after installing that zip i can confirm that it does work but it removes sense and replaces it with the stock homescreen and there is no way of getting sense back unless you restore from nandroid, and there is no interactivity with the wallpapers
Which zip did you install? And did everything work fine. I really want live walpapers on my wildfire.
I used the zip in the link above. It does work however it removes sense and it cannot be interacted with.

Just saw this over in the Captivate section and thought I'd share it. This apk will allow you to use MIUI lockscreens on all GB ROMs.

It's kind of like GoLocker or WidgetLocker. It's an alternative lockscreen app.
It's nice. Any way to get it in English? It uses all chinese language stuff.

Lol I use MIUI, where do I get that lock screen? Like what would I search in the theme section?

Well the link the guys website is in the description of the video and then you download the mtz file and paste it into the themes folder and then choose it from your theme Chooser.
God damn miui is beautiful

I found the mtz file but the copy and paste process didn't work for me. Is it the same for just a lock screen?

Hi, i had an ics rom and the touchwiz launcher had cool scrolling transitions, kinda looked 3d, im now running another ics rom that has the touchwiz launcher without the scrolling transitions. Does anyone know where a can get an apk or zip file for touchwiz launcher with the 3d transitions? Thankyou

that 3d effect was only on the beta rom and has been removed on the stable
you can get the apk from the old rom but i wouldnt recommend it

use any zip of the rom and extract the touchwizlauncher i dunno the exact name of apk and install it
idk about problems as i am using cyanogen mod9

Just installed the weather ad circle widgets,installed ok but didnt run on Xperia ray( said it wont run on 3rd party home screens!
Hope someone tweaks them to run without the launcher

You have to install them all.
Installed them all, doesn't do the data in the battery circle. Did I miss something?

You installed all 4? That worked on my GNex, but they were a bit unstable because I am on JB. May try with an ICS ROM.

It seems that the circle widget only works on the Homescreen which was in the zip.
I also installed them all and found that it still can't work on other launchers (I'm using Apex),
but it works fine on the Homescreen probably the default launcher of Atrix HD?
The dock below is too big, icons fall off screen

First install the launcher and then the widgets to be able to use the widgets
Ps: installed Samsung Galaxy S3 Launcher from here , quite pleased with it . very snappy and smooth .

I can use the launcher with the icons aligned in the dock without getting capped, but only if I change the LCD-resolution to 220 (but that is only a quick fix). I want someone to make the launcher nice without having to change the screen resolution.

everything seems to work perfect other than the dock.. the icons come out to the home panels bulging out of the provided dock space.....may be because the icons are labelled..so please modify or add an option to remove the labels..i m using a sony ericsson xperia mini pro..

Greatly appreciate the ported apk. DO you know why this would work on the rooted GS4 with original ROM, but is not working now that I changed ROMS (running goldeneye) which actually is working for me in every other way?
Some of these are also available through an app called droid papers not the greatest app but all the nexus lwp and some sammy and others. Tones and normal wallpapers from same devices too

The developer removed live wallpapers from droidpapers app
yeah they were removed but thats ok i still love the app for the tones and wallpapers
I just had a question. I installed this on my Sprint S4 and it works great. Any chance you can port over the matching weather/time widget. The S4 includes one but it doesn't match the live wallpaper.
Update- I figured out what you would have to do. Your phone would have to be rooted and then you would just replace the stock S4 version with the older windy/weather one.

I love the windy weather LWP since my Captivate days. I have have pulled the app and installed it to my Skyrocket and now the Galaxy S4. but ever since 4.3 JB rolled out, I would get FC'd
