The phone will most likely to work on voice but 3G data is questionable until you find out what umts bands your service provider use.
Htc amaze 4g umts bands are 1700/2100

Yes it will work, I've already purchase an unlock code and unlocked mine. My carrier isn't t-mobile but uses t-mobile bands so I had to unlock it in order to use this phone but it's working fine for me now.

Another ROM for your country.... That isn't a gms international phone another rom and you'll have a brick ... you may be able to get a cyanogen or some other aosp but a Samsung for your country will never have been made for this phone ....

you can't.
Currently, the only way to SIM unlock the Sprint Galaxy Note 3 for use on GSM networks outside of the US is for Sprint to unlock it via OTA. And for them to that, the phone must be in an active Sprint account.
Unlike the Sprint Galaxy S4, there's a method to SIM unlock the Sprint S4 without Sprint having to do it for you. Unfortunately, this method has been tried and tested on the Sprint Note 3 and it didn't work.
Putting a different ROM on the Sprint Note 3 won't help...and totally unnecessary for use in other countries. You're at the mercy of Sprint to get it SIM unlocked.

Most likely you will need the APNs from your carrier. Manually enter them, reboot, should be good to go.

How'd you unlock it? That maybe why, also check what types of bands your carrier(s) uses they maybe not be compatible with this phone. Here is a list of all supported networks (according to LG): GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS 850/1900/2100, LTE Bands 25/26/41

I thanks for answer, I unlock the phone with octopus box and there is a tutorial about two files that I need to replace, I use booth ways, I live in mexico and I know abuot friensd with the same phone ls990 and they use the same carrier than me, and they use this tutorial to

OK what I mean is can it be done successfully (porting, etc.)? I want the wifi tethering (aka hotspot) feature that exist on all international variants of the phones, not locked by the stupid US carriers trying to rip-off it's customers by making you pay again for the same data you already purchased.

Do you have Att though? I think he's referring to using the att model on another network like I am doing as well. I'm using on tmobile and some users report, after having to edit system configs to be able to even turn on hotspot without an error, that they don't have any data once connected.

1- download (Settings Database Editor) from google play store
2- open this app
3- go to (system)
4 go to "tether_entitlement_check_state" & change number to ( -1 )
your hotspot mobile will be work with any carrier
so H820PR can be flashed to H820 ???

Its not more of the bootloader, but Antirollback. This works perfectly on older LG's like the G2, G3, G Pro, etc.

Sprint has the UICC unlock thing locked until day 51 of your lifespan with the device.
I believe if you flashed the unlocked firmware, you will be UICC unlocked.

Search out the unlocked firmware. And I can't help nor did I test it.

Can anyone verify that if I flash the unlock firmware to my lock Sprint Samsung Galaxy S9 plus that my device will be carrier unlocked for other carriers? I tried using techmajesty and after 10 days of them trying to unlock my device they refunded me. Does anybody know anyone any carriers or any way I can unlock this I'm willing to pay a fee I don't care I have seen unlocked thanks in advance
I flashed unlocked firmware. Still UICC locked. It shows some app trying to verify phone on Sprint network with no SIM card in it.
