My neo draining battery even when screen is off...
As i checked the battery usage, i got to know that its contacts.apk which is sucking all the juice...
I wiped all the contacts, but it was still active in background...
I hav posted pics too...
Please someone help

I have no such problem, but you can try using "advanced task manager" to kill background task.
Have super task killer installed, even tried doing FC, but in vain

Use another "contact" app
And "clear defaults" your contact app. Sometimes this method makes miracles!!

No good contacts app on market..
BTW, i tested and came to know that the issue was due to a faulty system.apk (check the themes and apps section of xperia arc- widget notification bar)

I personally use Fancy Widget (that one that looks like the HTC Sense one)

Im asking because iv moved from froyo pro back to gdx, because froyo pro is quite unstable and when a couple app installed it lag.....
p.S. i dont know all of this roms are having bugs...so im even concidering to go back to stock one.....

didn't came to my eyes nor mind attached files on previous page.
AM doesnt show my apps in the my apps thus it dosnt perform updates like it use to. I installed apps from market and it works but it is not shown in my apps list this is extremly annoying of any one helps i would appreciate it.

Works fine on mine, installed like a normal app. It's also on ICS.
Do you have any tasks killers, resource intensive apps or anything that make the phone close it due to out of memory?
You may try bulletproof apps and check if it will bring a difference

I don't use a task killer. Stock ICS. Other clock widgets have done this before though so it might be a bug with the Sony launcher.

Might be the problem with the free RAM.. Do you multi task heavily?

No,but settings app is really laggy most of apps runs smooth there is much free ram.

I had worried since my LwW didnt lag in settings menu even on ICS also my old Xperia X8 didnt lag.
I asked sony for this problem and they reported that this is not problem but they said that they know for this "problem"
Im not sure will they fix that or not.

Thanks for report it looks its global issue anyway that is 2d problem,they didnt done great job at creating 2d libs.
With 3d libs everything is fine.
All games are running at 60 fps smoothly.

When you hold down the home button, does it look like the picture apart from a couple of things. If not, you need to find a small apps zip file and flash it. Picture in second post.

Does this mean you need to have small apps previously installed in device? Is your wt19i on .587 fw?
It works on my st15i mini,but the photo has no exif data.for someone it might be a good news.
