has anyone noticed on 2.2.2 that if you disable all incoming calls, the sms messages dont work....

Hi,
I have PDAViet 4.0.0.0.4. And it has the SMS received notification when I receive an SMS, which is normal.
I know that there are a lot of threads that talk about disabling the SMS Received notification and I already did that but then, when I receive SMS, not only that I dun get the SMS received notification but I also dun get any sound for it either.
I went to
HLCU/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Inbox/Settings and set SMSAvailable from 1 to 0.
Doing that will disable the SMS received notification as well as the notification sound for incoming SMS.
How do I disable the SMS received notification and still getting the sound for incoming SMS??
Not sure if this is WM6 or PDAViet bug?

Are there any ways to make the phone not showing incoming calls and no missed call showing but on the dialer end they still hear the dial tones until voice mail?
I tried Phone Call Blocker but when I tried to use another phone to call, I only heard 1 dial tone then voice mail.
Is there a way to stop texts sent from a specific contact from ringing or vibrating? However, I do want the SMS to come through WITHOUT being blocked.

It comes disabled by default to receive incoming calls.
You have to enable it to ring your phone over wifi.
I turned off that an option. In fact, I uninstalled Hangouts Dialer and it still rings.

Is there a way to mute all notifications (email, SMS etc.) when I am on a Whatsapp call? I found in the dialer to ability to turn off notify alarms and notifications during calls, but cannot seem to find the same for Whatsapp.
