The only problem with the facebook page, and I think someone actually mentioned it, is no friends, or display of the people who like it. So maybe we could look into making something different? Just a thought.

EDIT: Look like it's working for some and not others. Google admitted last night that the invites are throttled, so even if you go get an invite sent to you, it might be a day or so before you get it.

Edit 7/30-Guys help each other out and send invites. It's a great service and only we can help other. I got my invite yesterday and was able to invite others today, which I did. If you get a invite return the favor!!!!

you have to put your name on some mailing list, and just wait for it...
mine took almost a week. i don't remember exactly where i requested one, but if i'm not mistaken it was
music.google.com
click around and look for some button that links to an update mailing list or something like that.

and you guys might want to remove or change your email addys here, so as to avoid loads of spam. a simple parser could easily gleam them from this page and get you on some list, which could lead to some malware infection in the worst case scenario. try just substituting [at] for the "@" or [dot] for the ".". this may sound simple, but it'll fool a simple html/php parser and people can still read and process it.

anyway, invite service only works in the continental 50, although i didn't login today with a vpn. maybe that would work

It is not Android exclusive as there is a iOS and desktop version as well. Also, menus are kind of hard to navigate on the atrix, the buttons are just too small...

I said having their email is like having their name... I think people are too paranoid with this stuff... gmail does a pretty good job at cleaning up the spam for me... so aside from that what else r u gonna get from my email other than what I put on the web?

I can restrict their access to only their files
And the users will see a file directory similar to this:
