Hey guys currently quite new to CM7 rom, Just wondering how I can edit a theme im currently using ..
Is there a theme directory which all the themes install into ?
Not too sure how it all works.. Im currently using LunarUI although I cant stand the fluro yellow pop up boxes !!
Any advise would be appreciated.. Cheers.

Find a theme which is compatible with CM6 - Search XDA

i´m using de Scrom-2.3.3Gingerbread v2 and i want to add some themes to the theme chooser. But i didnt know how to install these and which are compatible to my rom

download themes which are mdpi, move it to sd card and install them like normal apps. after installation they should be in theme chooser

Thought there were MIUI users like me who love to change the font but found lack of supply in MT4G's Themes and Apps forum. Here's the link to treasure island:

Caviar Dreams - Preview - Download
Put the mtz into /sdcard/MIUI/theme and apply it in Theme Manager > Font

I recently upgraded my lg optimus one P500 android 2.2 to android 2.3.
then i thought of giving a colour to it and downloaded a couple of themes(.mtz files) but was stumped to see the default theme chooser doesnt support it!!
any theme manager which helps me apply those themes????

Do you mean theme chooser in CM/AOSP roms? If yes, that's another story. To my understanding, those mtz packages cannot be applied by theme chooser. It can only be applied to theme manager in MIUI rom.
Try searching "theme chooser" in market. It should display some of the themes that applicable to 2.3 CM/AOSP roms.

@sdk16420: I saw the other themes. The work done on it is impressive but I don't like them. They look too close of the stock theme (with the gray as major color...)
This is why I request some help to port my personnal favorite theme to my favorite phone
My only knowledge about theming is the replacement of the images... :/
@kormatoes: I tried to install CM7 on my Neo, but there is a hudge battery drain. So, no way for me to use CM7 for now...But I found the stock rom very good, responsive that's why I would keep it for now...

I'm back with a first version of the port ...
All credits goes to ZduneX25 !!
But I have a major issue but not really blocking... In fact, when the keyboard appears, the textfield is hidden and the keyboard is place at the top of the screen... So I can't see what I'm typing ... Pretty annoying. So if could help me to resolve this issue it would be nice ;-)
Attention: I modified the default wallpaper in framework-res.apk so if you flash this file your wallpaper may changed to the default MIUI wallpaper ! I prevent you ^^ But I will keep the SE default wallpaper in the next package.
