Yes, I searched the original thread of the VEGAn-Tab and can't find any solution and I'm not willing to go through 40+ pages to find it.
Has anyone gotten the flash to work? I downloaded the one from the guide:

... and that didn't work. Then I read the first post of the thread and found out there is the latest flash on the Market, Flash Player 10.2, downloaded that, installed it... that didn't work either. So how do get this ROM to play flash??
EDIT: Ok, never mind, the flash kind of works on Dolphin browser HD all of a sudden after uninstalling and reinstalling many times; I say kind of because I have to tap the player on Youtube to use it. But the browser that came along with the ROM can't play flash.
Works alright over here. Just tested it on homestarrunner. Stock browser.:/

Sorry to bring up an old topic but I'm currently having the same problems as well. I've installed and reinstalled flash from the guide in Android Development but its not working with the stock browser and Dolphin HD.
I had flash working on VeganTab beta 5.1 but now on the vegan gingeredition, its not. How many times you had to reinstall flash in order to get it working?
I just flashed MIUI and adobe flash isn't working. I have Installed, uninstalled, and installed adobe flash again, and the best i have gotten was sound with a blank vid. How to fix this?
my desire s's rom is miui 1.8.12，adobe flash player can use

Are we supposed to guess which phone you have?

You are probably using an official "MIUI", try asking in the respective topic. For example, here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1067734

Yeah, i have the same problem. Worked fine on 1.9.9 but after last weeks 1.9.16 release it doesn't work anymore.
Hey friends. I just installed simply honey 5.0 and my phone seems to work bit slower than normal, not sure what went wrong. I had bionix v. and flashed it through odin and then installed simply honey 3.3 and then through rom manger I installed simply honey 5.0 Now im not sure why it is slow. Can some one please help me. Thanks

your one of the pioneers to install SH5, it was only uploaded about 7 hours ago. there may be some bugs to work out on this version, i'd offer you to try and install the version before (uploaded on 3.8.11) which works perfectly, i've never seen such smoothness and quick response on my galaxy s - SH 4.0 Rev2.

try reflashing with rom manager and wipe data/factory reset

SH 5.0 has been up like a week and that link is for the i9000 so it wont work on our phone

and I believe your phone is galaxy ace right?
Try the standard browser. To me in opera the flash doesn't work.

that's what I'm planning to say to him if he replied that he's using opera.
What is the point in adding flash? because most browsers have this feature.. i always wanted to get bbciplayer and itv player but it doesnt work even with flash installed.

when i checked for updates it didnt ask me for samsung account , so there is no updates

I can't make sense of what you say but i think cleaning data+cache in clockwork recovery can fix that...
For me it worked for the first time and without need of samsung account.try without it...

Me too with rooted tab, however, it does check for and download updates and asks for a samsung acc. However, installing the update got a message error. Btw, I'm looking for a fast stable ROM with HC 3.2 and a pre-installed launcher. Anyone got any ideas?

If ur loking for stable HC3.2 try Overcome 10.1 Series. Most stable for 3G GTab but removes too much from TouchWiz.
I would personally recommend GALAXY TASK 14 or Clean ROM 2.0 but only if u have WiFi only GTab.

but why there is no updates?
If you mean updates for android os,Ice cream sandwich and jelly bean have already been released(ICS without camera and JB without anything right now...).
I recommend only ICS CM nightly if you ever want to flash...
I rely on the tab to take pics a lot, so I cant afford to lose the camera. Clean ROM's developer seems to have moved on to another device, so I think I'm gonna go with Task. Thanks!
Ps: This may sound dumb, but how do you update CWM, and how to install the b00sted's themes here ? I downloaded it but have no idea how. Does it run on stock launcher?

you must flash clockworkmod using odin and pc.get it from:
http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager
the b00sted theme doesn't run on the launcher it replaces it...flash this too using clockworkmod...

Yeah, I figured out how. But dont know how to install the CWM touch, it's a *.img file. And about b00sted's themes, I meant do they run with stock ROM, sorry!

In order to install cwm touch, you have to put it in a .tar file and use odin. Or make a cwm flashable zip.
