dear guys, after an upgrade to my zte v9 light tablet from ROM MANAGER the phone stuck on the green android. there is no way for the phone to be recognized from my computer! is there anything i can do to fix this problem? please give me a solution! thanks all for your time

updated the phone to "miui_z7mini_rogue_6.4.15_d78ed7fc0c_4.4.zip" update miui rom.
when the phone first booted up it stuck on the andriod screen.
please help!
so i had the cuoco92 rom
then i flashed the original firmware
then i flashed the cuoco92 rom again
everything seems to be fine,but the phone got in bootloop with black screen because when conected to the pc i hear the sound of bootloop
what can i do
no recovery,no fastboot ,only black screen with bootloop
please help me
