Here is some modification of 2.3.4 stock widgets and some apk-s from blue color to gray. Copy files to system/app folder with proper permissions and to do that of course you need root.

for those you have to flash to SE Tweaked v05. or just download it and extract fremework.res and sistemUI.apk to your sistem/app and framework. For that you need root.

Did a flash yesterday, from 4.0.4 to 2.3.4(.58), rooted 58 and then flashed to 4.0.4 on my walkman live.

Message Tree Transparency:
Ginger bread had no transparency while the Contact's Name, Number appeared(Overlay) in the tree, but in ICS it's so transparent that it makes it hard for me to determine the number and details.
Looking for an alternative way to change the color values.
