that's ICS. the closest thing to it is the ICS Launcher from market but it's still quite buggy
Here it is, I also wanted this and i changed it so that it is our screen size

No he means this one, It should be in settings> display> lockscreen
if its not their you flash the deoxex one from here, its should work as they are based from the same build

downgrade firmware if you want that to happen..the new powerwidget is a new feature for 2.3.5

Wish these were available for Go Launcher or UnNamed Rom.
on my old android device i had a tron theme... i cant find one for my galaxy s2... does one exist or am i searching wrong????
