I'm just wondering if there's a way to make the launcher pro app drawer like stock And not be ordered by name. Everytime I install a new app I want it to be at the bottom of the list.

No, this is not possible. The developer of LP is revamping the .apk from the ground up. If you want this, check out his site and make the suggestion... pretty sure it's just launcherpro.com

Looking for the program that "groups widgets to sub categories" like all beautiful weather has one icon. Click on that and u get to it's sub categories. think it is a market prog but don't remember the name.

I love the themes and how the icons cover every single app but I prefer the functionality of launcher pro. Are there theme packs like this for lpp? If so where could I find them?

Yes the are both for LPP...google it and search the Market.
If you don't want to wait for miui than check this launcher out. Very nice so far.

i installed it, it looks really nice, app drawer is a LITTLE bit laggy, but it seems smooth on the homescreen. please thank me for finding the link (i wanna fill up my meter )

well i dont know of any icon maker, but if you're using an android you can use picsay and a launcher lik "ADW launcher" or "Go launcher"
