aosp has it....search for aosp 2.3.3 for optimus v...
But when does lg officially release it for the optimus v

LG have confirmed that they will be releasing it at some point. So sometime between now and the heat death of the universe. Just be patient

Probably after 5 years when someone finds it from the recycle bin of lg developers system....
They (LG) said that will relese it this summer...
