Please help me to fix the same. I've found some APK files under the origi_app with no *.odex file with the same name as the *.apk file. I've removed them from the origi_app folder to force the option 3 run to complete. But the process stops even for some APK files has ODEX files. There were 145 APK and 105 ODEX files under origi_app folder. Made as 105 APK and ODEX files, but still the option 3 run didn't succeed.

I have a gpad gforce which is a tab on android 2.2.
The firmware comes from these files :
* ramdisk.img
* recovery.img
* system.img
* u-boot-no-padding.bin
* uimage ( no extension)
* uramdisk.img
I know that i can modify the system.img in order to add/remove some APK and create an update.zip.
But, i have a question, i don't see any boot.img. Is u-boot-no-padding.bin my boot.img ?
Where is my kernel ?
What is the uimage ?
I'm a bit lost with these file.

* Open the application root explorer already installed on your android. **
* Try the RW mount in / etc it. **
* Copy and paste vold.fstab file in the same place, resulting in a file vold2.fstab **
* Copy and paste the file into the external vold2.fstab sdKalau already in the backup, please go to the step below. *
** Copy the data to the taste agan in / mnt / sdcard to / mnt / sdcard / external_sd **
* Extract the downloaded data, and move its contents to your HP. **
* Open Root Explorer, and go to / etc **
* Re-mount the filesystem to be R / W (on the top menu) mounted rw. *mount rw **
* Copy vold.fstab outcome extractions had to / etc using Root Explorer **
* Change Permissions vold.fstab be rw-r - r - (644) (Click to display a menu of file vold.fstab pilhannya) permissionsU **
* Re-mount the file system into the R / O **
* Reboot the phone
Do at ur own risk

I have got packages from dsixda's kitchen I can install it too!!! But the problem is with janitux's one!!!cuz am not able to install packages required according to him

If I run cygwin and press next next as said in janitux's tutorial the setup asks to choose a download site and it's blank help!!! Can u upload the missing package for me!!!!!!!

I've just flashed the official CM7.2.0 (without Gapps) on my Xperia Pro, and I would like to use the stock Sony keyboard. So far, I copied some files from the original GB-based ROM (that I backed up with Nandroid) to the device, namely:
* libXT9Engine.so to /system/lib/
* textinput-tng.apk to /system/app/
* SEMC_* to /system/usr/xt9/
* com.sonyericsson.uxp.xml & com.sonyericsson.upres.xml to /system/etc/permissions
* com.sonyericsson.uxp.jar & com sonyericsson.upres.jar to /system/framework
* CustomizationProvider.apk to /system/app/
* custom_settings.xml to /system/etc/customization/settings/com/sonyericsson/textinput/uxp/
* custom_settings.xml to /system/etc/customization/settings/com/android/phone/custom_settings.xml
* com.sonyericsson.smartslider.xml to /system/etc/permissions
* com.sonyericsson.smartslider.jar to /system/framework
* default-capability.xml to /system/etc/

The logcat gives:
E/AndroidRuntime( 1238): java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create service com.sonyericsson.textinput.uxp.glue.InputMethodServiceGlue: java.lang.RuntimeException: Binary XML file line #25: You must supply a layout_height attribute.
How can I debug this? Seems like a XML file is missing, is there a way of knowing which one? I searched through all text files on the stock ROM, but none of them contained any "layout_height" field. I've seen several post talking about this problem, but I couldn't find any helping answer.
