From ROM analysis, among others radar supports VOIP
Can anyone verify that voip works?

All windows phones support VOIP however there are no real VOIP clients out there yet. The closest things is Tango which can only be added via side-load.
My radar from sg have built in tango and the wnm live works on voip

Radar, as Titan, supports OEM native VOIP with a special OEM package:
HTC_VOIP
- HTC_WaveAPI.dll
- HTC_VoIPVideoEncode.dll
- QTV.dll
This package does not included in 1st gen devices like HD7/Mozart/Spark/Surround

Can you please provide more information about your device, i.e. HTC or Carrier branded? Which version of WP7 (7392, 7712, 7720, etc)?

No. Mine didn't.
Neither did mine, I just installed it using the xap found in the app section though

Getting a developer account is device-independent.
The Titan here in Germany doesn´t come with Tango preinstalled. I checked it in the store...

Did you download their latest version for Windows Phone?
Tango is in the HTC Apps section of the marketplace.
I believe Tango came pre-loaded on my AT&T HTC Titan.
But it doesn't matter much now, seeing as Tango is available on the Marketplace anyway. HTC has their own custom version of Tango available as well through the Marketplace.
Can anyone upload for me the WP7 ringtones? New message, new email, alerts?

How can you use custom sound for new message, email? WP only allow to use custom ring tone only.
With interop unlocked phone you can change notification messages via registry editing.

Wow! They released Nokia Drive sat nav app for all WP8 devices. Not just for Nokia Lumias now. The best bit is it is full screen 720p - no black bars. App is beta but works wonderfully.
You cannot search for it as it is hidden but link is below:

However, I don't have a SD card (HTC 8x), and XAP download that way doesn't seem to be compatible with the application deployment tool from the SDK.
Go figure this only happens AFTER I order a lumia 810 over an 8x specifically for nokia apps. :,(

I have changed my region to USA, and successfully downloaded Nokia Drive Beta. Sadly, when I try to start the navigation, it says my country (Serbia) is not supported

Go to phpne settings, then regional + language - change the region to USA, restart the phone when done. Go to Market, download Nokia Drive. Revert back to ur regional settings, and restart again. Voila, u have Nokia Drive + Beta on ur device, however, the navigation won't work until approved by Nokia. The navigation currently work only in USA, Canada and UK as I know.

I am actually coding a Windows Phone App for the great Logitech Harmony Hub - therefore I am looking for Alpha (and later Beta)-Testers...
Or - like Microsoft says: Technology Preview testers
Attached is a a little sneak preview of the app.
You can start activities and or just remote a single device (Geräte)...
It's all alpha now - but parsing of the Logitech Harmony data is working - so expect to see some more alpha stuff soon ...
