Sounds like whatever theme you put on to pull the battery percentage isn't pulling it right, hence the !
It even did it on a stock based ROM lol

Is anyone working on a fully stock gingersense rom from the kingdom or sensation. I would really like someone to start on it please, not just bits and pieces of sense 3.0. Definitely useful. Not as awesome as "Just Type" on WebOS, but that's also not really an OS anymore. There's a lot of little bits of WebOS in ICS.

I hear this is semi-antiquated advice (I say semi because I'm not entirely sure that it doesn't help)
but have you tried to charge your battery all the way up and calibrate it?
Also...it seems that you have a voice mail. You should certainly check that, don't want to keep anyone hanging lol

Charge to 100% and while still plugged, open the app grant root and calibrate. Then you want to use your phone until its at around 5% battery and charge it all the way back up to 100% before using it and then you should be good. If not, then we can look into other alternatives ^^
Why does this keep popping up and how do I remove it. It pops up every few seconds even when I hit clear. I don't like seeing a battery symbol up there if my battery gets below 30%!

Do you have avg antivirus installed? I used too and after every perccent drop it would pop back up
Via LG OG running Rootbox 4.2.2
Looks like you have jb. Long press on the notification until you get the little menu.choose app info and you will see what is generating it. You can also disable the notification from there.
